As some of you may know, I have been having a lot of success lately. I recently went to a porn shop over Thanksgiving break. I bought a vacuum pump, some cock rings, and porn with some hot Latino girls in it. Well any way, I have been pumping a little every day since I got the pump about four days ago, but I can honestly say since the first time I used it I noticed an instant improvement.

For those of you who don’t know me, I have been doing this shit since last febuary and I started gaining in september. The gains started coming once I started clamping and bending, and really took off when I started doing a lot of uli’s (squeezing and simultaneously kegeling). I put a lot of time into this now, and for most people I think this is the only way to gain quickly and efficiently. I don’t rest, but I alternate bends, jelqs, clamps, uli’s, twisted jelq variations, and now pumping. So far I have been healing and recovering nicely with no rest, but make no mistake, it is because I am methodical and I know what I am doing. I am not trying to get set back by some injury.
So if you guys want to take this route, you need to switch it up constantly with exercises that have different intensity levels. Bends are by far the most intense thing I do, then clamping, then pumping, then uli’s, then twisted jelqs, and the less intense exercise is regular old jelqs. I have been putting in about 15 hours worth of PE per week now if you count the heating pad use.
Well any way pumping is awesome and my dick is getting scary.

I assume the pumping session wasn’t just one long 45 minute pump? How much time in the tube do you do at once and at what pressure?

I also ran out of ideas and like you bought a pump recently. Thing is it hasn’t done anything for me really. It seems that for me to gain anything more I’m going to need to consistently get over 7.5” in girth after a girth session (this is the maximum I can possibly get right now). The thing is, I can only get there with pumping and clamping, and by the time I reach that much girth my cock skin is so swollen that I can’t continue. I’m really desperate to get past this point. I’ve tried so many things and can’t do it. I know I’m already big, but I don’t want to be stuck at this point forever.

Oh ya, do you bend while clamped or are these orange bends? I found that clamped bending doesn’t do as much for me as just straight compressions, so I do those.

Hey Mick, maybe your girth just maxed out. 7.5 is actually too big. I wouldn’t worry about getting more girth if I were you because you are actually to thick. Shane Diesel has a 7EG, and I have never seen a thicker dick in porn. What is your pre PE size?

My first pump session was like ten minutes. Today, the most time I spent in the tube was like 7 minutes. If I start to get a little soft I take it out of the tube, quickly get it hard, then put it back in the tube and re-pump it. I don’t know what pressure because the pump I have doest have a gauge. It still does the job though.

I don’t bend with the clamp. I am too afraid to at this point. I want to save the die hard veterano techniques when I start to hit plateaus like you are. You have a thick girth so just try to be happy. You should just start clamping three days a week and just maintain. This is just my opinion. Just do what you feel is best bro. Don’t get me wrong, I would love to hear that you gained a fourth of an inch in four days, but maybe you should give it some time before you decide how effective it is.

I heard of one guy gaining length doing bends against his curve. Have either of you had any success straightening out? If I could straighten mine I would probably be 1/2 inch longer at least.

Well o.k. then, I stand corrected. I would want to hit 6.5 EG as well if I could. I’m sure you’ll find what’s holding you back. That is still an amazing post workout size.

It may not be cemented yet, but the way I see it, it might as well be because I don’t take days off. My dick just gets a little bigger every day.

How do you do “bends”? How often do you switch your routine? What exercises do you do together as some are more intense than others, so how do you group them? I guess I am asking for more details about your routine, which exercises do you do together, and how often do you rotate them (daily, every other day, weekly, etc.)? Do you do one session a day or twice a day? Do you wear a “stayer” (i.e. rubber cock rings) after you pump and for how long?

I feel even with your curve it is probably that half inch longer,meaning the vagina conforms to your penis so if you used an accurate way to measure your curve(sewers tape etc.) that might actually be you. Definitely a debatable topic for another thread.

I do the bends by bending to the left, to the right, front, and back. I hold the kegeled squeeze in between 10 to 60 seconds while bending, depending on what my dick tells me it wants at the moment.
I get nasty with my o bends, and it does give me some nasty spotting and the feeling of a thorough work out just from the bends. If I bend for a session, it is immediately followed by a ten minute warm down with my heating pad with intense heat. I’ll give you a lay out of my big session days.

Thirty to forty minutes of pumping, followed by 10 minutes of intense heat. Then I bend in between 15 to thirty minutes.
I don’t stop until I get that “worked out feeling”. That is an indicator that you accomplished your mission for bends. Then I will heat it up again for ten minutes. Now it is time to clamp. I usually pop on a porn flick on my plasma, and a lot of times I use the picture on picture to watch a ball game at the same time. I use the split screen feature, so the porn and the ball game are the same size on the t.v. screen. Sports keeps me harder in combination with porn for some reason. I love sports, so I guess it’s all that extra dopamine pumping in my brain. I like to gamble a lot too, so that helps even more if I am winning. I will shut the game off if I my team is losing though.

I usually clamp 15 to twenty minutes a set, with about two to three sets, but usually two sets. I always tinker with the clamp when I edge. At first I’ll leave it a little loose, but I will increase it a notch when it is fully erect. Once I reach the point when it is 110% erect in the clamp, I kegel some blood while simultaneously increasing another notch. Once I get really hard, I will sometimes wrap the heating pad around my clamped dick while watching porn and occasionally glancing at the game or an interesting program I have on. Lately in between sets, I pump for five minutes. No sense in wasting any time. After I clamp, I wrap the custom cut measuring tape ruler that I have cut to my original EG size and head to the bathroom for uli’s and edging. At this point my dick is pretty expanded. I then lubricate and place the measuring tape around my mid shaft, and start edging and kegeling blood in my dick. Once I am erect enough, I kegel enough blood in my dick and trap it with my grip and squeeze. I build up the intensity of the squeezes, as I do them.

After I do uli’s for about half an hour, I do a final warm down for about thirty minutes. I always do something to keep my self busy when I warm up or down, so it isn’t a complete waste of time.
This pretty much sums up a big session for me. The day after a big session, I will warm up, pump 25 minutes, warm down, clap for two 15 minute sets, warm down, and do some uli’s in the bathroom followed by a final warm down. I always do some squeezes in the morning before I go to class for about fifteen minutes to keep it plumper through out the day, but I don’t warm up. I do bring the heating pad with me on the drive to school and warm down for twenty minutes while I drive. Before I do my morning squeezes I watch like ten minutes of pornography as well. Every time I go home from school, I go to the bathroom again and do some squeezes for about five minutes. Also, I have been wearing my cock rings after sessions and all day except when I sleep. Once you start gaining you actually look forward to PE, which makes it so much easier to gain even more.
One more thing, heat promotes cell division. Heat speeds up chemical reactions in the penis to make the cells multiply more efficiently. This makes you gain better. Heat is the most important thing in PE to gain better IMO.

I have measured inside the pump, post and pre pump. I think pumping has made an immediate difference. I do O-bends after a pumping session.
