I get nasty with my o bends, and it does give me some nasty spotting and the feeling of a thorough work out just from the bends. If I bend for a session, it is immediately followed by a ten minute warm down with my heating pad with intense heat. I’ll give you a lay out of my big session days. Thirty to forty minutes of pumping, followed by 10 minutes of intense heat. Then I bend in between 15 to thirty minutes.
I don’t stop until I get that “worked out feeling”. That is an indicator that you accomplished your mission for bends. Then I will heat it up again for ten minutes. Now it is time to clamp. I usually pop on a porn flick on my plasma, and a lot of times I use the picture on picture to watch a ball game at the same time. I use the split screen feature, so the porn and the ball game are the same size on the t.v. screen. Sports keeps me harder in combination with porn for some reason. I love sports, so I guess it’s all that extra dopamine pumping in my brain. I like to gamble a lot too, so that helps even more if I am winning. I will shut the game off if I my team is losing though.
I usually clamp 15 to twenty minutes a set, with about two to three sets, but usually two sets. I always tinker with the clamp when I edge. At first I’ll leave it a little loose, but I will increase it a notch when it is fully erect. Once I reach the point when it is 110% erect in the clamp, I kegel some blood while simultaneously increasing another notch. Once I get really hard, I will sometimes wrap the heating pad around my clamped dick while watching porn and occasionally glancing at the game or an interesting program I have on. Lately in between sets, I pump for five minutes. No sense in wasting any time. After I clamp, I wrap the custom cut measuring tape ruler that I have cut to my original EG size and head to the bathroom for uli’s and edging. At this point my dick is pretty expanded. I then lubricate and place the measuring tape around my mid shaft, and start edging and kegeling blood in my dick. Once I am erect enough, I kegel enough blood in my dick and trap it with my grip and squeeze. I build up the intensity of the squeezes, as I do them.
After I do uli’s for about half an hour, I do a final warm down for about thirty minutes. I always do something to keep my self busy when I warm up or down, so it isn’t a complete waste of time.
This pretty much sums up a big session for me. The day after a big session, I will warm up, pump 25 minutes, warm down, clap for two 15 minute sets, warm down, and do some uli’s in the bathroom followed by a final warm down. I always do some squeezes in the morning before I go to class for about fifteen minutes to keep it plumper through out the day, but I don’t warm up. I do bring the heating pad with me on the drive to school and warm down for twenty minutes while I drive. Before I do my morning squeezes I watch like ten minutes of pornography as well. Every time I go home from school, I go to the bathroom again and do some squeezes for about five minutes. Also, I have been wearing my cock rings after sessions and all day except when I sleep. I have cock rings on right now. Well, this should give you an idea of what I have been doing, and it has been working very well, but it takes a lot of work. Once you start gaining you actually look forward to PE, which makes it so much easier to gain even more.
One more thing, heat promotes cell division. Heat speeds up chemical reactions in the penis to make the cells multiply more efficiently. This makes you gain better. Heat is the most important thing in PE to gain better IMO.
Crap… I thought my workout is intense. I think some of my exercises my be more intense pressure-wise, but I don’t work nearly as hard as you. Maybe that’s what I gotta do. I’ll try something out tonight.
How much lymph or skin swelling do you get by the way? Also how much expansion girth-wise right after a session?
