I don’t get any swelling really, but lots of expansion and it feels pretty rock hard. I don’t go as intense as everybody is assuming I am, but my “big session” days have become 2 to 3 hours in duration if you include all the heating up and down I do. I usually expand like half an inch from my normal girth size with a good uli toward the end of my session. I am like .035 EG bigger post pump/clamp I think.
Mick, maybe it’s time to increase the amount of time you put into a big session.

Those gains I hate to say may be fluid build up. For girth work especially you need ample rest. I know your being visualy stimulated and would prefer you to do bends no more than 40% erect. You can’t get real growth without rest breaks. Even an IPR program has a losing rest period following a intense day to day PE program. Example of this would be 5-10 days of PE followed by a three week rest period. But to take no breaks at all will result in a shrinking dick. Now is the time to break while your Pi’s are still good.

You been warned by veterans that have been there done that.

How do I know if I have any swelling, fluid build up, or edema, or whatever? I just inspected it and it feels rock hard on the sides, a little spongy on the back on that groove. I think it is supposed to be a little spongy on that groove though. The top is hard, but I do feel some extra skin. Im I o.k.?

I think I am going to take a day off tomorrow and re organize my routine a little, but I don’t want to lose what I worked for.

You guys really stirred up my shit. I was feeling really fucking good too about my PE situation, but somebody had to rain on my fucking parade. I’m not trying to pick a fight, but everything was going perfect.

Nobody is raining on your parade, and you may be doing just fine. We have unfortunately seen many individuals hurt themselves, so we tend to be more cautious…always knowing that we have plenty of time ahead to make gains. Some injuries can be quite devastating. Good luck!

I’ve been following something similar to Mr. T’s routine, and things seem good so far. For someone who gains as slowly as I do, any noticeable gains that come after two weeks means the routine is awesome. I honestly don’t think much of P.I.’s; when my dick is overworked, it doesn’t get as hard, but I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad thing, it just means it’s been worked - usually, if I’m with a girl in that time period, I still get close to rock hard. Watching and playing with my dick as much as I have, I think that weaker erection is a necessary byproduct of good PE work, but we’re all entitled to differing opinions. As long as it doesn’t hurt and it’s not numb, I think it’s perfectly OK to do (with experience, of course.)

Also, I’ve been doing something different when I clamp, and I think it’s really been accelerating my girth gains. When I clamp, I spend as much time as possible performing reverse kegel’s; I stay hard throughout, with minimal work (read jerking off,) and when I feel the topside, it feels like it’s ballooned… in fact, I think this is rudimentary clamped ballooning. If anyone tries this, let me know how it goes.

I also except the risks of daily exercise, but I am extremely observant of my PIs.

To the newbie’s who have been reading this thread: I understand that many of you are desperate and in a hurry to gain. Understand that I was just preaching the concept of what I do.
I don’t recommend that you clamp, or do anything that you are not ready to do. I honestly don’t think I could of done PE everyday when I first started PE, so I only recommend daily exercise for someone who has been doing PE for at least three months. Your dick will tell you when you are ready for more. I personally think, once your dick is conditioned, it gives you the opportunity to make some real gains, because you get to take it to the next level. PE is hard work and you cannot expect to gain much if you don’t do much.

You can just tell. Roll the skin between your fingers, if it feels thick then likely it’s swollen or there’s lymph. Generally that kind of thing goes away in 24 hours though. Mine gets so bad after a lot of pumping or clamping I can just see that it’s swollen. If you can’t see it then it’s likely not that bad.

I’ve tried this actually, but I don’t think it did anything at all. I think the clamp is just too tight to let any more blood in. How tight do you clamp when you do this?

While I’m not big on scheduled rest days, I do take 3 or 4 days off every month or two. Again these aren’t scheduled rest days, just a few days here and there to re-evaluate, and take stock of my erection level, and the general appearance of my unit without the clamping, and hanging induced swelling. I really think this type of rationale helps prevent doughnuts, and red marks from becoming permanent.

I still do light manual stretching during those rest periods.
