I’ve decided to go for the q-fiber fir wrist wrap as suggested by an earlier post. Looking forward to experiencing its benefits firsthand. Will keep you posted on what I think.

My wife has a red light module that she uses on her clients for skin rejuvenation. It’s a strong sucker, I think 650watts. I usually do a 10 minute warm up with it. The session is comfortable and I can get a ready good stretch in afterwards.

I own two of them. I got a board that I slant which when I sit on the floor that directs the heat at the proper place. Far infrared is supposed to be very therapeutic and healing. I’ve been leaving it on for the entire session. I will stay on 400 watts but sometimes bump up to 800 for a minute or two.

I think I’m doing it right (by being able to stretch it, means I can make it stretch when I jelq it) so if thats right then you can use a space heater to heat ur dik, if you can handle some pain. Be careful with that. I find that with my Rice sock in the microwave I’ve been lightly burning the skin where is comes in contact when it is too hot. The skin gets very red and irritated. Water is probably the safest way to heat because you get instant and constant feedback regarding the temperature.

That looks fine. I like a 150W bulb, but with 100W you’ll just have to sit a little closer. It’s a Phillips bulb, and they are the best for normal PE heating as far as I am concerned.
