Is 20 mins enough

To actually see any gains? My gf doesnt know I PE so I have to do it early in the morning while she’s sleeping and I only get like 20-30 mins before she wakes up after me. Now I just wet jelq for 20 mins then I do btc stretching while on the computer and then dry jelqing for 10 mins in the shower. Is this enough to see any gains? I am taking L-A so I’m hoping that will help a little.

That is definitely enough for now to see gains. Are you new to this? I would also do manual stretches when ever you get the chance.

No I’m not new I just stopped for about a yr for some reasone since my gf got pregnant and had our baby. Now I’m starting again, I’ve really never been dedicated to see any noticable gains althought I did gain .5” when I first started a few yrs ago.but not being dedicated is my flaw

Right now I’m at 6.62x5 nbpel, I just want another inch or so in both length and girth

If you’ve just restarted, do the newbie routine for a month or 2 to get your penis back into it, otherwise you’ll be risking injury jumping in at the deep end. The newbie routine will take longer than 20 minutes though, but anyone can fit that into their schedule easily. You’re already overdoing it by doing 30 minutes of jelqing, which would cover the entire newbie routine near enough, so do that instead.

I don’t get it, as far as I see the situation, you are doing at least 30 min.
20 min wet jelq
10 min dry jelq
Plus BTC stretching.

No it doesn’t. This is the newbie routine, 10 minutes of jelqs, not 30, and 5 mins of stretching, not 10…

The Newbie Routine

1. 5 minutes hot wrap
2. 5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
3. 10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
4. 5 minutes hot wrap
5. 50 kegels of five second holds each

I just started doing pe again, and it seems like I am gaining quickly, although I have only been doing it for about two weeks I think. The way it is going, I feel like if I can remain consistent, I will make significant measurable gains within two or three months. All I do is stretches for somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes, and then 100-150 jelqs in the shower followed up by a couple minutes of manual clamping. The whole process only takes about 15 minutes max, but it really seems like it is working.

That’s right, like I said above.

This means that the newbie routine is 40 min after 6 weeks. After 6 weeks you are still a newbie.

You specifically said the “newbie routine”. The routine where you increase steadily, would be considered advanced newbie routine.

Either way, like I said, anyone can find the time if they’re truly dedicated to PE, there is virtually no excuse for someone living at home for not doing PE regularly. If there WAS a “shorter, working routine”, we’d all be doing that instead, think about it.

Wow, that’s interesting, I always thought - it seems that I was not the only one - that the 40 min are the newbie routine. I interpreted the first 6 weeks as a “warm up”. Basically you just try to find out how the exercises are working. Don’t do to much when you do not want to get hurt. After 6 weeks you know your limits and the dangers, you are ready for the 40 min newbie routine.

Check out the Modified Newbie Routine by Babbis. Doesnt take very long at all, this routine focusses on less being more. Something like this would be less noticeable and its very effective.
