Is baseball bat inevitable?
Hey guys, ran a search and people say that if you start getting it, you should do hanging/pumping/clamping to get rid of it. I don’t want to do anything but manuel exercises. I just started, but I’m worried that by jelqing I will start to develop baseball bat. I was just wondering that if I make sure to jelq as low as possible, I can prevent it from happening. I am already slightly wider at midpoint than at base and I don’t want it to get any worse.
