I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

I would say that erect jelqing only gave me a shrinked and firm flaccid penis the rest of the day and made a vein on the side to start hurt. I still hurts, but only when I do wet erect jelqs.

So when I jelq I just do light exercises on abut 25-50% erect, and without warm-up. My EQ has become much better and the penis is a little bit bigger.

So I don’t see why flaccid jelqs wouldn’t give gains. If you make the chambers to expand while flaccid, the erect penis will become even bigger then.

My thought is that flaccid exercises is the way to get permanently gains.

I have been doing PE for years and have gained roughly 1” but I think I forgot about doing simple exercises , and got carried away with pumping and erect jelqing and stretching at full force. Now I’ve changed my routine to light stretches and light jelqs with edging and no excessive ejaculations and it seems to be working , or I mite just be going through some deconditioning. Either way now my eq has got allot stronger and I have regained sensitivity I have also gained 2/8” on erect length so I’m not too sure .hopefully the gains continue to come but my routine is so light that’s why I am asking questions.

Old routine

Stretching all directions 10 min
Jelq at 80-100% 15mins
Pumping 10mins medium hard pressure
Edging 30-60 mins with squeezing and using tight cock ring

Dick condition, very engorged, lots of girth . Blood spots cold numb swollen. Puffy turtle

New

Light stretches pulling just enough to get a light stretch (using straight up LOT)
Jelq flaccid 30-50% erection level 10-15mins
Edging (no clamping or cock rings to trap blood) no coming testicle massage
Using moisturiser
Light stretches and shakes after using toilet

Dick condition
Flaccid hang is longer and fuller, colour is good nice (normal) blood flow seems better during erections don’t need to trap or hold to get full 10/10 erection
Sensitivity is coming back in full force feels allot better using this thing now. Doesn’t seem damaged as before

Extra information

Going to follow this routine for as long as I see positive results. I’ve spent too long forcing my penis. Also starting to do some squats in the gym going to see if this targets any muscles as well.

A little note here, how many has been injured or got bad experiences from the “lighter routine” (I put in ” because I don’t like the word lighter in this meaning)?

And how many has been injured or get bad results from clamping, erect jelqing etc ?

Agreed.

I’m not a fan of erect jelqing but there’s no way this guy can slag them off and decry their ineffectiveness and expect us to take him seriously.

So many have gained using them,yes they are more risky and possibly less effective than flaccid jelqs but they are proven effective by too many to dismiss them outright!

Quick tip: read the whole thread.

I’ve been a member for a few years but have been mostly off. I’ll start jelqing tomorrow 5on/2off at erection level maximum 60% (aiming for 40%) and see how it works for me. I’ll report back when I have something interesting to write.

Is there anyone in here who have only tried the, lets call it harder routines?
And whats the results?
Cause as I wrote before it seems that the guys who only do the lighter ones get more gains but it takes longer time.

Don’t say that the harder one is bad but its maybe less risks with the other routine.

I have only followed “harder routines”. Intensive stretching over long periods of time. I have never put much focus on jelquing since my main goal was length, however I gained some girth and i mostly jelqued at a high erection level. It may be individually different, but for me I am sure that really hard and intense routines which really “torture” and wary your dick out are best for growth.

I agree with you dino, I am one of those guys who tried erect jelqing and gained girth in just two weeks “0.5”
I guess he tried erect jelqing with aims to gain length, which is wrong.I often combine erect jelqing after hanging.

But this threat has lot of positive points to learn from, just try not to underestimate something that didn’t work for you

I will be more careful to do PE.

Lost in erection size is probably do to worse EQ, which not necessary had to be note-able.

My dick couldn’t handle 5on/2off (as it could before, fairly unconditioned) and I was quite harsh in my jelqing technique too. Also, I’m having problems maintaining an erection level under 40%: actually, I simply can’t jelq under anything than 60%. Anyway, I’m bailing out on this routine to start the linear newbie routine instead. I apologize if someone was waiting for a more appealing report.
