I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

I got in the shower today a swore kingpole was well over five inches flaccid.

Thiasides, and lisonopril or any medication that can cause impotance,(The failure to maintain an erection, or in-ability to penetrate a vagina.)

Personally I would hate to see this thread locked or buried, lots of good info and discussion in it even though Newbie doesnt seem to be around any more.

So let me see if I understand Newbie completely because I thik I am about to adopt his methods. Sometimes, he goes 5 days on like lets say Monday through Friday, and then he takes Sat and SUn off? And then other times he does 1 day on/1 day off?

Not a stupid question; we’ve all asked PE questions at one time or another.
An overhand grip is when your palm is facing the floor, and if you looked down you’d see the back of your hand; while jelqing, your thumb would be up against your pubis.

An underhand grip is when your palm is up, and the back of your hand is facing the floor; while jelqing, your thumb would be away from your pubis.

Guys, back to Newbie’s routine. Has anyone tried his routine for a considerable amount of time ? Just wondering if his “less-is-better-than-more”-Theory really works.
First, IMO , 1 inch in length in one month seems impossible - and this only by doing jelqing 10 Minutes every other day.
But second, this theory might be sensible - let me point that out.

Gains at the beginning of doing PE (Newbie-Gains) seem to happen quite frequently. As the first months go past, I think everybody seems to intensify their PE routines. Then, most find that gains stall or gains-momentum decreases. Perhaps one could keep up with the beginning-momentum (Newbee-gains) if one would not intensify the routine ?
Any thoughts and comments on that ?

With an overhand grip do you guys jelq with the thumb pushing on the dorsal side of the penis or the side of the penis?

What are the benefits of wet jelqing over wet jelqing?

bluenun, with an overhand grip your thumb should push on the side of the penis and your handweb on top so not to hurt your dorsal nerve. The one benefit of wet jelqing for me is that it feels better and doesn’t irritate my skin at the base like dry jelqing does. If one doesn’t have loose skin at first, then it makes dry jelqing a little more difficult, IMO.

Thanks for clearing that up for me, it certainly makes sense and I find it more comfortable to jelq overhand with my thumb on the side.

I’m a little confused with your schedule. For example, do you go Monday on Tuesday off Wednesday on (20min) Thursday off Friday on, Saturday off, Sunday on (20min)?

I am not newbie, but, to answer your question.

light everyday means the 10 min. a day jelq session with Saturday and Sunday off (or any other 2 consecutive days)

The heavier schedule is 20 min. a day every other day.

He stated that he would alternate between these two options.

Personally my core PE routine for the first 8 to 9 months was 15 min a day of jelqing with 2 to 3 min of stretching. Using that routing I gained my first 5/8” in length going from around 6.25 to 6.875”. The last several months I have been doing experimentation of varried exercises, but, the fall back is still the 15 min of jelq a day with Saturday and Sunday being rest days for me.

I just want to point out that this thread was started by Newbie in 2002, and he hasn’t posted at thunders since 2003. So I doubt if he will answer your question directly. It is a good thread however.
