I've been jelqing for more than 6 months. This is what I have learned.

I am a little confused about Newbie’s description of his Jelqs.

Aren’t jelqs done by gliding one hand up the penis while the other holds the blood in at the base?

By Newbie’s description it seems that he has no base hand and just alternates milking the dick.

Alternating hands during jelqing is the “normal” way jelqing is done.

So how much did you gain in total? How do you keep from getting a full erection during the session?

Recently I discovered the benefits of jelqing w/o erection.
Been using the PJ for 5 mos and gained 5/16” length. Not much but I think I can do better. I have been using a steel cock ring because I thought the
erection intensity would be a plus. Besides it felt good and I frequently use it to have sex with my wife. However I now realize that the erection is not necessary during the pe session and suddenly I noticed that my flaccid state is longer and my dick stays more pumped up during the day.
This is very encouraging because I think it will lead to more length.
I do wear the ring during my hot wrap at end of session for about 5 minutes and get a very intense hard on that I think is beneficial.
routine;
pj 20 to 25 minutes 5 to 6 days, early am before workout in gym,
one day off
dld stretches 4 to 5 times per week in the afternoons
This is easy to do in the toilet stall at work and only takes about 15 minutes.

stats: 6.25” + 5.75” girth
goal: 7 to 7.5” 6” girth

looking forward to hitting the nude beach with a ripped gut and bigger package. I notice the ladies like it.

doesnt it not matter what method u use, just to simply be consistent with what you do? If u use a bp or nbp just as long as you use the same area it should come out with the right results, if I am not mistaken.

Yeah just TRYING to be consistent is the key, but I personally think that this is more easily done with bp measurements.

Nice, man! I’m 39 now, but when I found PE at age 37, it was while searching for a cure for my mild ED. As you’ve said, my dong is now like a piece of pipe also, and my control is much better. The wife also “enjoyed the benefits” of my gains.

I’m going to try this 5x per week, light 10-15 mins of jelqing for 2 months, and I’m going to observe for myself.

I’m currently 16 cm’s long and 12.1 cm’s wide (this is prejelq, so I didn’t measure after a session)

Is this a good method pals? Anybody who have tried it?

Whatever happened to Newbie? He hasn’t posted to this thread in over 2 years. I would like an update on his thoughts and progress.

Thanks Memento, he had some strong convictions and I was hoping to hear if he had changed or was still as adamant as before. If anyone knows how to contact him, it would be nice to get an update.

I have begun a routine exactly like his in the shower in the morning. The one thing I noticed before were that the red spots always came with a 75% erect jelq and I once had a pretty good red spot with some careful Ulis. This is simple, easy to get in 200 or so 2-3 second strokes and the hard ons are steel-like when the Mrs. and I get down to business.

I only need one inch more to hit 8”nbp and .3” more to hit 6” mid shaft EG. I am just going to do this for a few months to see if I make any progress. If the gains come, I will just keep it going and maybe bump the number of jelqs to get a little more so the 8x6 will cement then shift to a maintenance work out.

The results of each workout are a really plumped up member with no red spots and a little soreness but no pain. It is worth a try.
