JRE 1069 PE discussion
I listen to the Joe Rogan Experience and in episode # 1069 he talks with Ben Greenfield about some articles he did for men’s health about advanced PE procedures he’s had done like soundwave therapy, light therapy, PRP + stem-cell injections and even gas station dick pills (basically off brand tadafinil mixed with other stuff). The articles he wrote, a link to the podcast + a link to a highlight reel are below

TL;DR
Full length
I’ve kinda heard about light therapy as well as people using heat lamps while pumping for more gains, but the way he rants and raves about the stem-cell injections he got in florida makes me really curious. What would happen if you got something like PRP microneedling done and then stuck to a strict pumping routine? There’s a place in my city that does the same procedure to hands and face for $500 per, 1100 for 3 sessions. It will certainly cost extra to go below the belt, but if the results are as good as the reviews I’d consider it.
I also know for a fact that certain wavelengths of light can affect us in different ways, I have an app that changes the colour temperature of my screen from cold to warm when the sun goes down to help keep my circadian rhythm in check. I’ve also used a SAD-light to help with seasonal affective disorder or just to make myself feel better when I’ve spent too much time indoors and start to feel blue. I even have an electric back massager with IR LED’s that "help aid blood flow and increase collagen production". I’ve even seen threads where heat lamps are used to heat the water / cylinder / STJ even more effectively than a heat pack. The article mentions using light between 600 and 950nm and it’s hard to find light therapy devices for under $100. Meanwhile I found out that LED grow lights for indoor gardening operate with the same wave lengths and are much cheaper. Just thinking of having my STJ filled with warm water hooked up to a brake bleed pump wrapped in LED plant grow strip lights makes me think I should wear a lab coat and safety goggles while conducting scientific experiments of this caliber.
He also mentioned the soundtherapy, which basically sounds like slathering your dick and balls with lidocaine and going to town with a "back massager" on the highest setting for 20 mins. Reported improved EQ for a month, but taken with a grain of salt. To my knowledge he did a bunch of stuff at once so who’s to tell whats working and whats not
I just wanted to share this with the crowd, maybe someone has tried using heat lamps / grow lamps and has a suggestion? I doubt the people here have tried injections but if you have I’d love to hear it. Is anyone out here sticking their pecker in a subwoofer and playing dubstep from 2014? I wanna read about the weird stuff that isn’t Hangers / Jelquing / pumping / Traction
