Just got my cable clamp!!

I’m working on adding clamping to my routine. My current routine is roughly 30 minutes of stretching and 20 minutes of jelqing. Should I just add on clamping after the jelqing or would that be too much girth work per session? Should I separate the jelqing and clamping, alternate between days? I jelq at around 50-80% erection and when I’m done I usually get a good 100% erection for a few, so I figured clamping might be most beneficial then. I’m planning on starting out at 1 set of 5 minutes, and gradually increase up to a few sets of 10 minutes.

Sounds good to me, and its smart starting off at 5 minutes and working your way up.

I am not qualified to give advice on the art and science of clamping per say. As far as safety first in all things penis related I am very much qualified. Better you loose a week being to cautious than loose a nut clamping to aggressively.

I have just incorporated clamping in my new routine. It is one of my most feared exercise. Last time I clamped only for 5 minutes, my penis went cold and dark.

I believe, I`ll stop for now and will start clamping again in 6 months or when I am more conditioned to.

Since when have you been PEing? If you started about the same time you joined the site, it is no wonder you went cold. You should be PEing for at least 3 months consistently before looking at advanced exercises like clamping in your routine.

I did the Newbie routine before clamping, it was sorta like a warm up. I must say though, I was very well conditioned before I started clamping. I no longer PE since I not only reached my goal, but surpasted it.

I did my first clamping session tonight. It didn’t go as planned. I cut a piece out of an old t shirt and used it as my wrap. I tightened the clamp when i was 100% erect, and then within the minute it went down to a good 50%, and then by 2 minutes down to roughly 10%. When I first put the clamp on, I had 2 notches left (medium cable clamp). When my erection started subsiding I clamped an additional notch. By the time I was down to 10%, I had no notches left. What happened? Was my wrap too thin? My EG is around 5 inches or a little more so it shouldn’t be the size of the clamp. For the first minute, the veins were really standing out, and I thought everything was going good.

Any help with the above?
