I’ve been doing these excercises since about october (stretching/clamping) and hanging for about a month. Clamping seems to be working well, with girth around 5.8 (if anyone could give me some non-clamping girth hints that would be most appreciated. My problem is length. I would say that I’ve been trying hard but I just don’t see any results. I’ve used a captains wench as a hanger and while I find it easy to make and use, I just don’t feel like anything is being stretched. My most common feeling is just having the part where the glans meet the shaft being pinched pretty tightly. I’ve been thinking of getting a bib hanger or a vacu hanger (if anyone knows how to make a vac hanger, it would much appreciated as well) and I’m just curious if results are seen with those. Also, very rarely when I am hanging and fidgeting around, I will feel this strange stretch like some rope like structure is being pulled. This occurs only on the underside of the shaft and I was just wondering if anyone has experienced this. Also, If anyone can tell me if skin soreness on the topside of the shaft can be prevented, my body would thank you.

Have you done the 3 month starting routine?

You tried the simplest of exercises, jelqing? I find jelqing to be invaluable to a PE routine, and I’m sure many members would agree. I know I’m a newbie to all this myself but I suggest adding maybe 15 minutes of jelqing to each of your workouts, it couldn’t hurt to try anyway. Hope this helps a little.

I suggest you put away the hanger and get to know your hands. I never got any gains from hanging, but simple jelqing and stretching has never let me down.

Learn to do A-stretches and V-stretches. Spend 1/2 hour each day (5 days per week) pulling hard on your dick at all angles. Add 1/2 hour of wet jelqing each day (again, 5x per week).

After a couple of days, your dick will feel good and sore. After a 2 or 3 weeks, you may start to see some length gains.

A common error is to assume that length gains only come from traditional length exercises-stretching and hanging. I find that, for me, a combination of traditional length and girth work is necessary for me to see any length gains.

Also when jelging use varied grips Ok grip “you” grip. Sizemores routine is good after doing the newbie routine for several months.
Jelq slow and delibeately 5-10 seconds and build up to 10-20 seconds. Have fun with it.

I’ve been doing P.E. since 10/05, and I’m just conditioned enough to where I can purchase my first hanger. Better safe than sorry. Why rush success? Take your time and make sure you focus on developing every portion of the penis, and not just one area.


Without proper EQ, there are no gains: Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections.

If the building is starting to fail, check the foundation: Newbie Routine. Just try to be 1% better than what you were the day before; that's all that matters.

I totally agree with a good jelque routine. I used the Captains wedge hanger for a good six months straight,and then on and off up to a year and did’nt see much gains. I then began doing a jelque routine daily and gains began to be noticed along with a healthier dick. A vac hanger is easy to make. However, it will only give you a better flaccid hang after a few months. Stretching and jelque is the way to go.

Jelqing, yes: it provides internal pressure while stretching and hanging provide external pressure. Jelqing has a wonderful effect on the complex tissue of the penis, circulating blood and interstitial fluids. If you have been stretching etc without jelqs, I think you will get an immediate improvement from jelqs.

Kingpole, I love your techniques; I do slow jelqs too, and have been wondering why the general opinion seems to be no longer than 4 seconds? Maybe I haven’t read enough opinions yet.

delaware, are you using heat? Easy length gainers will gain some length without using heat. Hard length gainers will not. Everyone who has said add in some jelqing gets a gold star!

Hey Delaware, I’ve been Jelqing since Dec,22 2006 and I’ve seen no gains yet in length, however, I believe I’ve had some small increase in girth.

Reading the replies to your question offered some advice that I’ll use as well. I have not focused on stretching much so I’ll be sure to add 20 minutes of stretching. I understand that since I have a low LOT, around 6:30, I’ll need to do more tunica focused stretches. Anyone have any ideas to stretches that may focus on the tunica?

Stretch out and up focus more on the tunicae.

Yeah, do a search on Mementos rapid gain mechanism aswell. I’m a very hard length gainer so this routine should help me out a little. Nothing yet though.
