Length with hanging????

Do you all think if it’s possible to get length by only doin manual stretches for 30-45 minutes everyday, My cuurent routine is :

5 mins warm up
15 mins Jelqing
30 mins manual stretching
5 mins warm down

I have been doing this routine for about 1-2 months but it seems like that I’m only getting girth and no length.
I don’t know this because I didn’t measured myself at the beginning, but I can definately feel the girth…..

Any advice would be useful.

How can you not know if your gaining if you don’t know where you started. The very first thing to do before you start PE is to measure.

Yes, I think you can get both length and girth but sooner or later the gains will stop. That’s when you have to decide if you want more gains. If you do then you can try something else.

BTW, your slogan of no pain no gain does not work in PE.

Hi Cockzilla! I felt like I gained girth first… and continue to gain girth with my manual routine. But you will also gain length. Your routine looks fine but maybe you could try switching the ‘girth gaining jelqs’ with the ‘length gaining manual stretching’ and see what happens. I stretch first and then jelq because I want length more than girth too. Perhaps we trigger growth in our dicks by the order we do our stretches.

The one thing I would suggest is working on length before girth. I know I am from the old school, but the thicker you are, the harder it is to stretch it out. The classical example is stretching out one rubber band, now try stretching out ten or fifty rubber bands. Much harder because there are more rubber bands taking the stress. Instead of rubber bands you can think of the size of the connective tissues and fill in the blanks.

I just started PEing 1/1/05 and I have notice some girth increases but I have actually lost some length. I figure this is because of the tendons tighting up from stretching. Just a thougth. I started at 6 3/4 and after almost 4wks I now measure alittle over 6 1/2. I’m not going to let it bother me, but hopefully this has happen to some others. My BPEL is down to 7’
My girth started 4 7/8 and is now 5’ mid shaft

My routine is:

Warm up
20 mins Manual Stretching
20 Jelqing
I do some squeezes sometimes while I’m jelqing. I do this routine sometimes 5x awk.

WTF is awk? You do it awkwardly 5 times? You’ve been a member since 2002 and just started PEing THIS YEAR!? And from the threads I’ve been reading, losing length means you are overdoing it.

If you are following the advise of your signature it’s no wonder you aren’t gaining. Stcik to it. Length will come. You may just be a hardgainer.

Thanks for the replies guys, Once my penis gets used to these exercises and no gains are coming, what exercises should i do next?

I’m considering hanging but don’t know where to get a hanger from!!!!! I’m mainly looking for length gains but is there anyway of gaining this without hanging. I live in the UK, any other members from UK know where to get the stuff to make a home-made hanger??

Yes I’ve been a member since 2002 but didnt really get into the PEing thing just visited here and there since then and now have decided to give it a try.

And awk is a week , I’m a member on alot of bodybuilding forums and this is how I type a week when I’m trying to help someone out with there cycles.

micro, you shouldn’t let it bother you. You might just be experiencing a period where you’re not getting 100% erections. Keep at it, and next time you measure, make sure your erection is 100%.

By the way, at 7’ BPEL and 5’ MS girth is more than what elephants have. ’ means feet, ” means inches.

Thanks Bro, I’m not letting it bother me at all. I’m sure I’ll get it back and more. But I can notice my girth is alittle more then when I started so that’s a plus. And I think your right about not getting 100% erections. I’ve noticed that alittle.

hey micro, I just did a sus/dbol cycle, now doing my PCT. i found that with steroids i gained sudden girth, maybe due to high testostorone???

That could be the case but you have to remember that when doing steroids your body produces more blood and that is what gives you the always pumped up feeling so that could also have an effect on the fullness of your unit.

What are you doing for PCT (clomid, Nolva, HCG)? I use a combination of all 3 when coming off. I’m off cycle right now because of a few injuries. And what dosages were you using while on cycle.

My last cycle was:

Sus EOD
EQ 500mg awk
Tren Enanthate 500mg awk
60mg Winstrol ED

That cycle only lasted 6wks because I got in a car accident but the gains were crazy. Strength went up really good and lost some BF and wasnt even watching diet or doing cardio. The Tren is really good for that.
