Length with hanging????
Do you all think if it’s possible to get length by only doin manual stretches for 30-45 minutes everyday, My cuurent routine is :
5 mins warm up
15 mins Jelqing
30 mins manual stretching
5 mins warm down
I have been doing this routine for about 1-2 months but it seems like that I’m only getting girth and no length.
I don’t know this because I didn’t measured myself at the beginning, but I can definately feel the girth…..
Any advice would be useful.
