Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Loading, lengthening, healing.

It doesn’t work that way, what they do actually is to graft the tunica so it is longer. An article about this technique was described in this very same trhead.

Beside that, read this warning

Capernicus1 - That brought tears to my eyes, and not in a good way. I think healing is supposed to be from PE exercise not the healing of scar tissue caused by cutting the penis with a scalpel.

That’s why I always disliked the word ‘healing’ when speaking of PE topics; it can lead to equivocals. We should elicite growth instead than breaking the penis hoping it will regrow longer.

All the best Copernicus.

Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"

Having gone through this thread I feel compelled to reconsider my lengthening efforts so far. It now seems logical to begin a day’s PE with a brief warmup using heat and some light massage, then straight on to ADS at say 1kg and wait for stress relaxation to set in, slowly increasing the strain up to say 2kg, keeping it there until the discomfort in the shaft it starting to become unbearable. At the moment I’m finding this takes about 4hrs or less. After the ADS is finished then on to slow wet jelqs while completely flaccid. This should also feel unbearable after a short while, less than say 15 mins.

What this thread seems to make clear, ADS will only bring one to the limit of elastic deformation. To nudge beyond this limit once it’s reached takes a very careful manual stretch and I find a slow wet jelq (100% flaccid) stresses the shaft more evenly across it’s length than a stretch anchored just below the glans.

Beautiful, thanks!

Hey marinera, not sure if you’ve seen this or heard of it but check out this vid:

The short description is this women decided to find out what or how the collagen tissue was arranged in the corpus cavernosum, apparently it had always been assumed it was in some kind of helical arrangement as represented by most exoskeletal structures in nature but that turned out not to be the case. Not so sure how useful her find is to us but it’s one more thing we now know regarding the anatomy of the penis.

It did get me thinking though, we see the results when just taking the major components of semen such as zinc and L-arginine. If the cc is mostly collagen and collagen’s main components are three amino acids (glycine, proline and alanine - in order of amount found) and with vit c as a catalyst, would it not behoove us to take those?

I suppose it couldn’t hurt.

Thanks Ez Rider. The clip is interesting, but I have an hard time understanding if she is speaking of the smooth muscle in CC or the fibers of tunica albuginea (I suppose the latter).

About your question, I really don’t know; I suppose a severe deficiency in vitamin C could hurt the structure of several tissues, but I doubt that supplementing with vitamin C, amino acids or zinc would have any significative effect if there isn’t a deficiency.

Another good read on fascia and remodelling here.
Some of the time scales are interesting particularly the graph on collagen turnover after exercise.
You could interpret this either way in terms of training frequency depending on whether you’re in the rest or no rest camp.
As usual the truth is probably somewhere in between.

Thanks, yes it is interesting. Probably I’ll upload it here since it is in the public domain there shouldn’t be problems. It deserves a longer reading ASAP.

I was a newbie. Where a PE daily practice more effective based on the experience you all?

Ignore the bit about scrolling through, for some reason when I first tested the link it went to a different version of the page.

This is one of the best things I’ve read on stretching.
