Basicly I don’t like my penis shriveling up and I find by hanging my penis out my tight boxers it prevents it from doing that so. Would clamping help were could I get a clamp? Can I do a homemade one all advice welcome and thanks
In the USA you can buy a cable clamp at Home Depot. I’m not sure what the British equivalent is.

Clamping really works best when you do it as part of a PE routine when you have an erection and the clamp pushes your erection past it’s normal size.
To put a clamp on a flaccid cock and then walk around all day with it on would be ineffective and could be dangerous.
The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
