LOT and Length Routine
I have tried to figure out how to find my LOT but I can’t seem to figure it out. I don’t feel any difference when I stretch down, out or straight up. I can’t seem to feel at any point a tugback. Maybe I’m waiting for some feeling that is more significant than it really is. If anyone has advice for me on how to figure out my LOT it would be greatly appreciated.
I will be having a considerable amount of free time in the up coming months and want to start a length routine. Figured knowing my LOT would be pretty important before starting a stretching routine.
Also, any advice on gaining length would be a huge plus. I have been getting good girth gains the past year and have never spent a lot of time on gaining length other than a few minutes a couple times a week. I have pretty much been doing the newbie routine in terms of stretching. Have advanced to more intense girth exercises but have never targeted length. Right now I’m at 7.2 BPEL and would love to get closer to 8.
What would the next stage in stretching? I usually stretch for 30-60 seconds and do about 5 or 6 sets a couple times a month.
I think I’m dumb for not stretching more because when I do I wake up with amazing EQ. One problem I have when I stretch is that I usually get a boner after every set and it takes several minutes for it to go down.
Thinking about getting into hanging or starting a more monitored and consistent stretching routine. Because right now it is an after thought to my girth routine.
