Meeting with other Thunder's Place members in Real Life

I would meet anyone from this board (under 6’10” in height).

I am pretty sure the other half of my personality does PE and is a member here under another name. He must wipe cookies and whatever, covering his tracks, and I’m sure he knows who I am. And he knows I know he knows, so it doesn’t matter that I post that I know he knows I know he knows I know. But always remember, there’s what you know, what you think you know, and what you think you know you know.

You know, technically I’ve never met him, so I must answer no. The only people I meet from the internet are young healthy females of childbearing age. I have a contact in every major city in England, bar the one I live in. I’m setting up franchises.

Well if there is something gonna be happening in 2005 I am gonna start saving my money now so I can go.

Since my early 20’s I wanted to meet people who were successful in PE. However I could never find them. You just can’t talk to anyone about PE. They will think you a dickhead and you’d be in for all kinds of ridicule.

However if you meet someone that has that common goal or interest then to me there is no need to worry about ridicule.

There is one member on this board who lives two suburbs away from me. We meet and I glad we did. Unfortunately he is not a hanger and I didn’t learn much from him but the willingness to talk and exchange ideas was great even though it was a short meeting.

I am here at thundersplace to grow and learn and if I can do both then maybe years done the track I may be able to help someone else out who may be finding themselves in my position that I was a few years back. That was, looking for answer to questions but didn’t have a glue where to find them.

Thankyou ThunderSS for this place to come and hang out and if I never meet anymore of you guys out there, where ever you maybe I hope that we can all continue to learn and grow towards our goals together.

P9, who was the guy you met? Yeah, I really hate coming into the city, but maybe I will make an exception soon. I have another net friend who I am planning to meet up with, and maybe I could make a day of it and kill two birds with one stone… in the nicest possible way ;)

BTW I am seriously considering visiting the exhibition. This week if I can possibly make it.

Okay, okay. Now how well would you have to know someone here and communicate with them before actually meeting them in person? Would you have to talk on the phone with them? Email them via a real account with their name on it and not some crappy hotmail one?

Do you fear interacting with people because you might befirend “Bob” 3 desks down in accounting that you know in real life? Wouldn’t that be a coincidence, eh?
