Morning PE?

Morning PE?

For those who have followed my history I’ve had poor results in size increase from doing PE… The premature ejaculation issue is no longer an issue and for that I’m estatic! I’ve always done my exercises in the evening and have noticed that my morning erections are not as good as the ones I get at night…

I’m curious if I did PE in the AM if that would get the gains going moving? I’m into things over 7 months and have around 1/4 inch gain in length w/ nothing in the girth dept.. For those who have seen my photo’s my PE efforts get me from 7.25 to 7.50 base girth but that girth does not stay and after a weekend rest my base measurement is right at 7.25…

Anyone have experience on AM workouts compared to PM ones? I would love to hear about it…

I just re-formed my routine last week. I think that it is much easier to do jelq/squeeze routine in the AM hours, because there’s more horny hormones running in your veins :) -> erection is easier to keep on. I do stretches in the evening then. Can’t tell if I gain better this way though.

I usually do 500 jelqs in my morning shower. Just this week I”m gonna do dry jelqs.

RWG, I have always been a morning PE’er with the exception of harcore routines where I mirror my morning exercise with evening. I like th emorning because I feel accomplished and it stays with me throughout the day. The only PM PE I do now is my Testicle Health after my bath but this seems to be a great thing to do before having sex. being Obsessive Compulsive also kind of forces me to train in the AM becuase I am so tired in the AM that I do not obsess as much as when I am more awake.
