mximum safe vacuum hanger / ADS time?

I’m using a vac hanger attachment (StealthForMen) for my ADS.. I’m up to 70 minutes of ADS per day (i’ve slowly increased over the last several months).

Is there an upper limit on vac based ADS or hanging time?

As far as I know, no. I’ve run twelve hours, with breaks to go pee.

You have to watch out for air seeping through the valve or around the sleeve. In my experience, air pockets promote vacuum blisters, even at very light tension, if the cap is on long enough.

I’ve found the most convenient "pump" to be a length of hose, which I can coil up in a pocket. Several vendors are providing a hose instead of a hand pump or squeeze bulb now.

Thanks Andyj for the heads up about what you’ve seen cause blisters. Is there a certain amount of time where they become more common? I’ve never had a blister before, but I also haven’t gone past 70 minutes.

Funny you mentioned this Andy — my vac hanger kept slipping yesterday, and the damn thing made the head of my penis look scary / bad… it took a while for it to get back to normal (it was putting way too much pressure towards the glans, because it slipped forward so much, it was hanging on by the head). Luckily, I was just using ADS so no injury… I have been using stealthformen & had to swap out my "sabreskin" (a sticky, rubber-like tube that provides traction for the hanger), it must have had an air leak.

What I find annoying about vac hanging is eventually things break / things leak.. with the BIB hanger, I bought it once & it worked for years, no change needed… And when I attached it, I never had issues. VAC hangers / ADS are a bit more of a pain. I may try & switch to something like a phallosan or a stretcher so it’s not so much work just to attach the ADS

There are better materials to substitute, those businesses deliberately do not use
For ADS I use the simplest method (tie with a rope), of course not as comfortable as silicone, but the exercise effect is the same, no blisters
