I was planning on taking an implant until I realized that natural PE is better and less risky if done well.

Because I know some people took implant with success but some says that they feel a small pain when urinating and urinating takes time as the urine flows very slight

Holy crap! I’ve never actually measured my penis (honestly!) but I’ve seen enough penises in gym change-rooms and the showers after playing sport to know that it is way smaller than average. Of particular embarrassment to me is my flaccid length, which can often be little more than the helmet. My erect length is ok (but not great), and I’ve never had complaints, but the thought of anyone seeing my tiny tool in its flaccid state has me terrified. It affects me greatly psychologically and stops me from hooking up. So, from time to time I’ve researched options for extending my length. The medical sites I’ve visited say that stretching exercises don’t work and any minor results are only temporary, so I’ve been looking for permanent surgical options. I’d been considering the cutting of the supporting ligament, but had read that that doesn’t add much length, and can cause other issues. I’m a little late to the GQ article, but found it recently when doing some research on surgical penis enlargement options. It seemed like the perfect solution. Every article I read lauded the high success rate and gave the impression that complications are rare. I’m so glad I came across this account as I was already thinking about how I’d find the time and money to get the surgery performed. As I live in Australia, the cost of the surgery would be around AUD$20,000. On top of that, flights to LA and accommodation would be a few thousand dollars more; a massive investment. Based on what I’ve read here, I’m ruling out the ‘Dr’ Elist option. Of course it’s possible that there are many happy customers, but I really don’t think it’s worth the risk, either physically or financially. I guess it’s back to the drawing board.

Welcome to the forum. Try manual PE. You will probably surprise yourself. There’s no money in manual PE, so the evidence of it’s efficacy is scant beyond places like this but there would have to be a lot of liars here, including me, for it to be fiction.

Unfortantely the state of penis surgery is best described as experimental, this applies doubly to girth related surgery. There are no pills that target a penis and make it grow. You have the option to chance manual PE may work for you and carefully, avoiding injury, invest time or learning to be happy with your penis as it is. If you have had no complaints from sexual partners, then maybe you should consider that as the ultimate test.

No pills, no surgery.

Only PE. That is what I think.

If you want surgery, go for it.

Sava Perovic has been dead for 6 years and the guy running the place now isn’t even a urologist, according to the linked thread. He was known largely for gender reassignment surgery. Here’s a bad review (apparently there are many bad reviews)
