Now let me start off by saying that even though I am a new member of this wonderful site, I am by no means a newbie when it comes to PE! I have done PE off and on for a couple years, while being almost religious about it for the last 4 months or so. I don’t have any stats handy but I am around 6.5” BPFSL and 4.5” mid-shaft EG. For the last 4 months I have been hanging 5 days a week as well as numerous stretches throughout the day, every day. I’ve gained .75” BPFSL in those 4 months. I’ve recently decided that I’m going to continue the routine I am currently doing as well as adding clamping to the mix. I don’t have the details yet but if I have my way I will clamp in the am and hang in the pm with stretches throughout the day.

I understand the risks with clamping and after weighing in on those risks, I’ve decided to give it a try. Today I did 3 sets of 10 minutes each using a sock as a wrap since that was all I had handy. Since I am relatively small when it comes to girth at least in my opinion so I ended having to click the clamp all the way down. I got about a 75% erection and clicked while holding a kegel one at a time until all the way clamped. I was able to keep kegeling in blood so I know that I wasn’t clamped too tight. The first 2 sets I edged while kegeling until the 10 minutes were up. The last set was just kegeling when needed. All I can say is that it felt great and now about 30 minutes later I still feel fuller than usual. The expansion while clamped felt tremendous. It almost felt like I had another .5” girth! I do feel that 30 minutes of clamping is not enough per day but I’m going to stick with that amount of time for a while and in a couple weeks maybe add another set. I will start off with a 2 days on 1 day off routine and see where that leads. Even though I’ve only got one session under my belt I am already addicted to clamping. Even as I am typing this I want to do another set, but not until tomorrow.

Hey jj, that is quite a lot to do to start with. Just be careful, especially if you haven’t been doing much girth work recently. Clamping is addictive, so it’s easy to over-do it, and injuries happen very suddenly with clamping, so build it up steadily.

Thanks for the input firegoat. I was thinking it might be a little too much. I do some girth work when I shower, though I have only had minuscule gains from it. I do have a question though. I’m currently satisfied with my length so I was thinking on doing a maintenance routine for hanging and working mostly girth for a while. I Love hanging but I don’t want to over stress my unit. So What I was going to ask was do you think they doing 1 set of 20 minutes of hanging every other day is enough? Also, I normally hang SD at 10lbs. Should that get lowered for doing maintenance?

Hi jj, I am around your stats and I recently started girth work p.m. while still hanging in the a.m. I found dropping the hanging sets back to one or two and slowly introducing the girth sets has been fine. My plan is to do 3-4 sets of both eventually.

That actually doesn’t sound like a bad idea!

So I hung one set today. It felt good but I think that’s enough for today.

Goal: Just keep on trucking

For me a good routine is: simple, short, but intense.

5-10 minutes warm wrap

5 minutes of manual stretches

5-10 minutes of jelqing

Then 10 minutes of clamping with a hose clamp. I watch porn and edge the entire time I’m clamping for a complete erection.

There is no need to over due it if it’s not necessary. You are just starting out so I’d suggest that you try going as light as possible (while still maintaining gains)

Why do it for 30 minutes when you can do it for 10? You’ll just make it harder for yourself down the road and most Likely just going to lead to over training and red spots. (Still happens to me just clamping for 10 minutes sometimes)

Alright. So how about this then. Keep in mind I’m already conditioned for hanging and have been doing so for a few months now.

Early morning session.
10 min warm up.
5 minutes doing various stretches.
5 minutes dry jelqs at 50% erect
2 or 3 X 5 minutes with the clamp.
5 minute warm down.

I will also do piss pulls and kegels throughout the day, which I’ve been doing anyway.

Afternoon/night session.
10 minute warm up
2 or 3 X 20 minutes hanging with 10 minutes rest in-between.
5-10 min warm down

The only thing I am adding to the routine is the clamping. The rest I already do.. I know that I am not a less is more guy.
I will do the clamping every other day for now and hang 5 or 6 days a week which is No different from What I have been doing. The main thing I look for when doing any routine is my PIs and EQ. If those are Good then so am I.

That looks ok to me. I tried hanging/ clamping/jelq and found it was no good on the PIs so I tried hanging/pumping/jelq and things are going well. Not everyone responds the same, but it is cool when you find a combo that works.

My morning session was a success. Everything down under looks good so far.

That seems pretty positive jj. If you let your EQ/PIs guide you you should be fine. If you feel you need an occasional lighter day you can always build that in to keep them high.

Well, due to some time constraints, I only got one set in with the hanger. I’m going to do some light stretching in the shower then off to bed. If no one minds I’m going to turn this into a progress thread. With that being said I haven’t done any measurements lately so I’m going to try to measure tomorrow before my morning routine.
