My First Gains

My First Gains

Hey guys I found my original ruler and measured today and found that I’ve gained 1/4” after only 4 exercise sessions of BigAl’s intense 1 on 1 off routine suggestions! Specifically BigAl’s Jelq-Free routine. Details can be found in my progress log. I had to be sure and remeasure because my original ruler had a small metal piece on the side that may had been stopping me from pushing further but turns out its the same as the ruler I measured with first. But the new ruler doesn’t have a sharp metal piece on the side so I’m using that one from now on. I’m excited only 4 sessions of intense workouts gave me this! If anyone is having trouble gaining on any other routine or have plateaud I strongly advise you to try BigAl’s Jelq-Free routine. Be sure to add 1 rep per session on each exercise. Tension stretches are the bomb! Thanks thunders and everyone for the encouragement and informative posts especially everyone in the progress section who’ve gained because I read those everyday for inspiration. I still cant believe it I’ve measured atleast 8 times today!

You were battling an injury for 2 1/2 years?! What kind of injury was this? Congrats on the gains!

Congratulations on the gains! I’d never have found Thunder’s place if I’d started out as big as you!! I’m STILL not as big as you!

Routine’s in the progress section. But as for the injury I had bought a powerjelq device and went too hard on it and I think I had damaged a nerve on the left side just below the head inside the shaft and I pe’d on and off trying to work around it after a couple months of healing with no success because it seemed to always aggravate it so I left it alone for a while to it would get better and trash the jelq device. It seems that it puts a lot more pressure on the penis than you think. Now I”m just going to reach my goal by hands only and I’m liking this already. Nice and simple routine that doesn’t take long at all. Don’t be fooled by people spending hours on pe and think that’s always the way to go that’s just one way. If you have the time go for it but I’m in college and on summer break at the moment but with my routine it can also be done in the shower in less than 30 mins. Check out my progress thread. Thanks clgp7 guess I’m lucky and greedy I just always liked to be well above average in everything penis included. ha haha I wasn’t getting these signs the other guys were getting such as a huge pump or extra length after workouts mine just turtled and withdrew then after 1-2 sessions didn’t turtle as much but still did. Then I saw something different and got eager to measure and got my surprise gains.

Congrats.. That is some great progress for only doing 4 routines.

Nice starting size, you can hit 10” if you want.
