I am unsure what exactly occured physiologically. My guess is that a few blood chambers in the left CC collapsed. I heard a cracking sound and fealt something in my penis give way. I was so lucky that I got away with a very small curve. The majority of my shaft is still completely straight because the impact happened right at the end of the shaft, near the head. The head looks slightly sunken on one side. It’s something only notibable if you take your time to look closely and carefully and it doesn’t look unapealing in anyway, due to the slightness of the curve. Like I said, I was very lucky. Others might not be so lucky if it happens to them.

Stay away from high erection level bends. Stick with low erection bends every time. If you don’t feel intensity from low erection bends, do not underestimate how much it is actually working your penis. Low erection bends don’t feel very intense whilst doing them often but you feel it the next day. If done correctly.

Yes, I had it checked out and he said it wasn’t anything to worry about as it had fortunately healed well.

Would it have been the Tunica that was damaged?

I have been performing these bends at about 10% erection. Is there a chance of injury even at that low level?
Also I do not just bend forwards and backwards but to both sides also, is this safe at 10% erection?

I just tried it and I’m a believer!!!!!!!

I did two quick sets (15 to 20 sec hold up, down and side to side; one using my hands as the fulcrum and the other with a cable clamp and I don’t think my dick has ever been this thick…not even when I’m banging my hot g/f)

The funny thing is though I was no where near emotionally horny as I am when PEing when I did it but my dick just “swoll” up.

Thank you Gottagrow! Before reading your post I thought that injury can occur only when you feel pain and still don’t stop. I believe you, and I’ll switch to 20% erect as you said. Is there anyone who is having the same problems as myself when trying to get the hang of this exercise?

One more thing… Although it’s not easy for me to get the hang of this exercise, it seems to me that, as an idea, this exercise is very simple. I find it hard to believe that it took years until somebody came to this idea. PE has been around for quite a while. Strange…

I posted somewhere about how the percentage ratio for erection levels is a bad system. My point was some guys get harder than others so therefor the percentage of an erection as a method is inconsistent. But it’s all we have so please just use some common sense and don’t break your dick in half.

Now clearly if you perceive 10% as completely flaccid, then you really aren’t grasping the concept of the percentage gauge. I’m not going to get into semantics about what is 10%. I have a feeling that what you perceive as 70% is really 40% by very one else’s gauge. Because you just can’t freely bend a 50 or 40% erection moreless 70!

This is why newbies have a newbie routine you have to learn the basics to move on to more advanced methods. If you don’t know by now where your erection level should be, stay with the newbie routines until you do.

Thank you deadeye3200. I just don’t see how jelqing will help with finding a proper erection level for this new exercise. Besides, I think it needs a name, we can’t refer to it as “new exercise” or “this exercise” forever. How about “Mr. Orange’s bends”?

I tried this excersize but im not sure if i am doing it good.

You hold a 10% erect penis with a tight tourniguet grip right handed, you try to get as much blood in the penis as you can but you not let it go out. Then with your left hand you graps the head of you penis nad you make a bending wave. After some time you put an extra finger with it, till you do the tourniquet grip with a whole hand? In this way your waves of bending will be come shorter and you excersize more with the upper part of the penis. So you start low and end high?

How long are the waves bending? fast, 2-3 seconds of do you keep it bend for 20 seconds?

Do you pump you right hand up and down a bit just like a uli or does it stay on place and you just add a finger after some time?

Please answer my questions.

I bend, twist, and hold. I think MrO describes rolling against the fold. But I find it more intense to add a finger as you go up. I do however roll at the top once I’m out of fingers. My fingers only go half way up the shaft so I have to roll the rest of the way. The point of the bend is where the exercise is the most intense. The farther away from the base hand the less intense it seems to be.

I’m just like the rest of you I keep hoping MrO comes back and answers some question. Until then I guess we are just going to have to figure it out on our own.

The good thing about MrO not talking is at least we know he isn’t making claims just to get popular on the boards. He makes one post then he is gone, the guy could careless whats going on here. And I think thats a good thing.

To get at the base.

I start out with a tiny bit higher erection level. With a single finger OK grip at the base, I bend down, once the erection subsides a little and it’s more flexible I bend left and right.

Also, bending it backwards puts pressure at the base. Only bend backwards with a very low erection level!

Or we could call them Obends
Because you use the OK grip and MrO invented it. And it’s short and easy to reference.
