My Second Gains

Hi everybody

Not sure if anyone is interested in my –gaining reports – but I’ll do it anyway :)

Totally I have gained 1.8 (2) cm in length from 5.7” to 6.41” in 4 months, and it is the length that I want to fix first.

Beginning of dec.06 L 5.7” and 4.6 in girth
Beginning of feb.07 L 6.29 and 4.92
Beginning of apr.07 L 6.41 and 4.92

So I gained less lately (2 months) in length and nothing in girth.

My routine is manual stretching in 7 directions (excl right and left upward stretching)
3 x 1 to 1.5 min
Then jelqing for 30 (20)min. This takes ca. 60 min.
X 5 times a week (free on Friday and Saturday)

In the past 2 months I was busy with school and other stuff so I often skipped jelqing (2-3 out of 5 PE days) and sometimes shorten the manual stretching (1 out of 5).

And I’m generally a bit less motivated than before, but I’m not going to quit or take some long pauses from PE.

Maybe I need some inspiration from you guy’s.
Any suggestions are ok.

Nice going man. As far as inspiration…gaining would be enough motivation for me. Find ways to do PE that take no extra time such as using an extender or an ADS. Eventually hanging would allow you to do your homework and PE at the same time.

I think that explains the slowing gains, but your gains have been good.

The most common reason (in my opinion) why gains slow after people stop doing the Newbie routine, is that they get lazy and stop using a warm up/heat. My best recommendations are to keep using heat, keep jelqing and to be consistent. Your routine is good.

This is a simple but evidently effective routine, congrats mate ;P

Myself, I have PE:d for a year now and gained NADA…

Have a question, could I gain if I go back to the absics.. jelqing 20min, stretching 15min?
I now use clamping and BTC-stretches but that helps me not…

Exochico, get back to the Newbie routine, and don’t forget the warmup. Stretching in all directions and jelqing are to PE what squats and bench presses are to weight training. Almost all the big gainers use plenty of jelqing and heat, regardless of what other methods they are using. Good luck.
