Stick to the newbie routine you can’t go wrong.
Don’t grip to hard because it hurts.
Don’t over do, gradually over the course of months you can increase stretching reps and jelqing reps.
Stay focused on erection quality. A boner that ain’t up to it’s maximum likely means you over did it and a short decon break is needed.
