I would suggest Eg that you complete the newbie routine and see how your unit responds to that. Then,on the basis of what you have learned decide which way to proceed. It’s all too easy to damage yourself by using advanced exercises before your body is conditioned.
Advice is worthless if it is given without knowing how you have responded. As there are several paths to follow here. For example I get nothing from ADS, except discomfort. But have had good results from pumping,
So, as a result of the ADS experience I hesitate to use clamping. And would proceed with extreme care if I tried it.
