My three pronged approach to pe

Stretching the suspensory ligaments to shift its anchorage. So as to get out more of the “inner” penis.

Stretching the “outer” penis with controlled damage.

Ballooning the penis, dilating the vessels so that the blood capacity increases the erection size.

As a newbie what are the ways to stretch the ligs? Is it safe for me yet?

You left out jelqing, IMO and many others, the basis for growing your dick.

…I know!… I’m keeping it short and simple… I’m talking about the three different methods we use for penile growth and not specifying their respective exercises. Plus I personally want some lig advice.

Anyways, jelqing is classified under ballooning so its understood.

Jelqing is an engorgement exercise.

I would suggest Eg that you complete the newbie routine and see how your unit responds to that. Then,on the basis of what you have learned decide which way to proceed. It’s all too easy to damage yourself by using advanced exercises before your body is conditioned.

Advice is worthless if it is given without knowing how you have responded. As there are several paths to follow here. For example I get nothing from ADS, except discomfort. But have had good results from pumping,

So, as a result of the ADS experience I hesitate to use clamping. And would proceed with extreme care if I tried it.

So, good luck with your experience here. And take note of how your body responds.

You mentioned attacking growth from 3 perspectives:

1. Suspensitory ligaments
2. Tunical length gains through hanging, ADS, etc.
3. “Ballooning” or you meant over expansion of the corpus carnovae and tunica and blood vessels

So you had the “body” and the “root”. I mentioned the “head” of the penis also grows, and once you add that to your system you have attacked the complete organ.

The normal manual stretching that is part of the Newbie Routine, and excellently demonstrated in the PE videos, is the only way you should be stretching the ligs for the next three months. After several years of PE, it is still all I use.

Understood sir, but personally how much length gain would you credit solely from stretching the ligs?
