Need Girth

Looking for input on what my girth routine should be. I’m almost fully conditioned now after 2 whole months so I’ll be doing a new routine soon. I need girth and some length if possible. But huge emphasis on the girth gain, I’m at 5” girth and want 6” girth. At 7.5” length now cemented and am looking for 8.5” if you have experience with a good girth routine please let me know how you did it and Any other advice on the subject.

A safe and modest clamping routine may help.

Dry jelqs, clamping, Ulis, Horse440’s tried in combination which suits You should get You some good gains (my experience).

Even for slow girth gainers, it could be done quite easily and effectively.

You know what I’m going to recommend….lol. Clamping gives relatively fast girth with slight length increases. Just take it slow and get used to the physical demands the pressure puts on your body.


Howdy.! Work smarter, not harder and learn from others mistakes. Photo verified start at 8" bpfs x 6.25" base. Currently 8.6.25 bpfs" x 6.375" msg. New goal 9" bpel x 7" msg.

I don’t think that clamping is a good suggestion for a young guy. He needs to do a lot of experiences before, his own experiences, IMO.


What is doing PE right? Getting the proper stimulation to recovery ratio. The other critical factor is: if you get vastly improved EQ, your chances of growth are far better! (cit. sparkyx) Warning! If you haven't gotten improved erections:

Thank you guys, tried dry jelqing and wet at high erection level and have gained .1-.2 in girth already.

Never underestimate dry jelqing if you want girth gains IMO.

Nothing beats clamping and pumping of course, but dry jelq can do the job also.

I’ll do those within a few years, I have to get a bit of length gains first, been crazy busy and lost some. Only at like 7.4” bp and 6.7 NBP right now.

Hey narukami, what is your final length goal? My stats are very slightly smaller (7.3bpel, 6.8nbp and 4.8meg) and personally my goal is 8bpel which should give me 7.5nbp as I’m as lean as they come.

I have however gained only 0.1 in girth in over a year and even with clamping I only gain length.. Nothing works!! Jelqs, bathmate,clamping.

I have just started dry jelqs so will see how it goes but my unit simply doesnt want to expand wider. Even clamped I only expand barely .1 and thats whilst fully clamped.

Good luck on your journey and I shall keep an eye on ur progress. You will reach ur goal before I get to 8bpelx5.4meg

Yah 7.5 NBP would be great, I’ll take whatever gains I can get haha. Dry jelqs are great and even stretches with kegals I’ve done and worked. Like I didn’t gain for months and now finally doing stretching is working well. Just have to figure out how much I can actually do to stretch ligaments.

Some don’t react well enough to stretching form the get go.

After putting some time on jelqing, stretches seem to work better.

That’s what happened to me.

Stretching fucked up my EQ for the first two months. No issues after.
