Need help with a clamping routine

Just a quick background and a question for those of you who have clamped in the past.

Basically I feel the gains I’m getting from jelqing and simple manual stretching are reducing fast. I have just added JAI and V stretches in an effort to trigger more length gains, and I’m at 20-25 mins jelqing, however, I feel I have hit a plateau.

I’m now thinking of doing some girth work at the end of the month just to trigger some growth there and look to mix my routine up.

Basically I’m looking for some advice. If I move to 3 x 10 min clamping, should I continue to stretch in the routine? Even, if moving to clamping do you still jelq as well, or is that overtraining?

Can anyone who has gained via clamping suggest their overall routine and if it included stretching and/or jelqing as well?

When I was in my clamping routine, I’d encoroporate a little stretching as warmup/warmdown, perhaps some light jelqing in between sets - more for good circulation than as a means to squeeze a little more gain out. IMO, let the clamping take most of the stress throughout the routine.

Although the exercise itself takes little effort and is pleasurable, it can be exhausting for your dick, so adding heavy jelqing/stretching will only tire him out quicker. As a rule, I prefer to work on my dick one dimension at a time.

You could try pumping first. Just add it to your current routine and see what that does. Next plateau, add clamping…

I would not start out at 3X 10 min clamping though. That’s too much to start with. Look into the Air Clamp maybe. Read my routine on the PE data site, it is yielding good gains at the moment.

What I have learned: Pumping and clamping in the same routine leads to very steady gains…. (only if you are well conditioned for it)

Just what I would have said (except I work length and girth together even if concentrating on one, not because that is the ‘best’ way, but I like symetry and proportion :) ).
