I had a PE injury 6 months and have not done PE since then. I am getting ready to come back into PE and wanted to know, is there a way I can focus on girth building rather than length building (all I really want in length is like 1 inch). It would be nice if I could gain 2 inch of girth. I am coming back with newbie routine but can I jelq in a way that focuses on girth more than length. Ive always dreamed of having a thick cock.

If you haven’t done PE for a while, then clamping right now should be out of the question. Do jelqs for the time being as soon as it becomes obsolete for you, then take up clamping as your main girth contributor.

Internal Bruising.

Jelqing with way too much pressure. its a horrible injury, takes foreeeeeever to heal.

Basically I had a lot of pain with erections, masturbating, sex. Also some discoloration in the head of my penis. I went and saw two urologists (just to be sure) and they both told me I had internal bruising. Its a tough injury to deal with because it takes a long time to heal.
