New to clamping

Hi.

I have just started to add clamping to my routine, and boy did it max out my unit! It was incredible! The increase in girth while I was clamped (and a little light pumping) was astounding.

The only problem is that afterwards I turtled like mad. Is this normal? Did I do too much too soon? I clamped and pumped for about 10-15 mins. My routine is mainly jelqing with the occasional pumping session.

Any ideas?

You might have used a little too much clamping force since you were getting so excited about your new expanded size. Back off on the clamping force a little. Also, next time after removing the pump and clamp, massage and edge your cock for 5 to 10 minutes to keep the extra blood in there for a while.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
