.5 inch of girth in 3 months is setting the bar way too high in my personal opinion. Realistic goals should be more like 2 millimeters per month plus or minus. If you do the math that is a half inch every 6 months and almost 1 inch in a year. But keep in mind gaining girth is very very hard that requires intensity and time under constriction to increase over time. Take your time with trying to gain girth it is not a sprint, it is a marathon; do not injury yourself or explode your dick. Paying attention to the internal pressure inside of your penis is key when clamping. Good luck.😊

Lots of good suggestions in here so far - I think giving it more time is the biggest factor. Another thing I might suggest is rotating the position of the clamp 90-degrees, which, depending on the shape of your penis, might help to trap more blood in. Give it a try. If it doesn’t seem any better for expansion, go back to what you’re doing presently and give it a few months. Good luck!

If you cock is getting smaller from clamping, maybe you should stop clamping. Look into pumping, it is a lot gentler method to gain permanent girth.

It is normal to pre-cum while edging. You need to cum for prostate health. At least 5 times a week.

Pumping: there are temporary gains (fluid) and permanent gains (more erectile tissue). Fetish pumpers use high pressure pumping to bloat their dicks with lymph fluid. Thunders pumpers use lower pressures to grow thicker penises.

Clamping is stressful enough, and you want to add ulis and horse squeezes? You are losing size from clamping. If I didn’t know better I would think you were trying to destroy your penis. I would also think twice about wearing a cockring any longer than 20 minutes.

LH, I worry you are trying to model yourself after Big Girtha. He had a cock made out of steel. His methods were very extreme as he himself said many times. From what you’ve said so far, sounds like you have a cock made of flesh and blood like the majority of men.

Precum is not an issue. The jury is still out on the affects of ejaculating after edging. Personally it hasn’t hindered my gains. However, I try and keep it to a few times a week. I don’t think abstaining from ejaculation encourages growth.

Pumping provides short term and permanent gains. Read the thread that Sta-Kool provided. I attribute almost all of my gains to a simple and consistent pumping routine.

My starting stats were 6.5 bpish x 4.5 girth. I felt inadequate when my ex girlfriend cheated on me, then I cheated on her and it went back and forth. I wanted to be bigger as I felt I could better satisfy her with a bigger cock though the sex was already great we both thought.

6.5 was starting length, now I’m around 7nbp and can fit two hands on my dick and still have shaft and head left. Starting girth was 4.5 and it was very thin. Now I usually measure 4.8 (sometimes 4.7 on stressful tiring days, 4.9-5 on really good days and in mornings).

I went too hard on my dick with my routines and always changed them up causing losses and turtling. I think I’ve learned from my ways and now I’m just trying to gain girth but also not overwork and inure myself.

Titleist, did you only do pumping or did you do manual exercises with pumping? And did you use a waterpump or what kind?

Edging with a good cockring could yeld better gains than clamping IMO. It has to be a wide, metallic one. I think the shape of cable clamps is not optimal, and they are not widte enough.

Or switch to dry jelqs. Or add stretching. Trial and error, Clarence Starling.

Right now my routine is 5 min warm up or less depends on length of shower
100 dry jelqs
3 sets of 8 min clamp

And that’s it.

I edge at night before I fall asleep and wake up Hornier than all hell.

I feel like I’m not doing enough so I think I’ll go to 10 min. And maybe 120 dry jelqs and try that and if it’s too much I’ll scale slightly down.

I jelq even to this day. I clamped a lot but have give that up due to injuries. I use a air pump with a gauge. The biggest thing that made a difference was using constant heat during my PE routines.

I’ve heard about Hardwear Horseshoe 4.0 on here. I haven’t pumped in a while because I’m doing length, but it’s getting hard for me to get into the oriental ones. That’s why I’ve been checking them out, off and on.
