PE Dilemma

I googled on “doctor recommends anal sex” and got this:

I’ll take Boo-Ya’s claims with a pinch of salt, I think. Strange to recommend what a doctor has recommended when you think they’re a bunch of charlatans anyway.

Might well be the cervix, if the pain is in that area. One person I know of had a problem with pain there during sex and they had early stage cervical cancer. Whether there is a relation or not, I couldn’t tell you.

It is important to get any problem checked out by a doctor. I didn’t mean to dismiss the significance of that.

And anal sex hardly seems to me like a general solution to PEing until a penis is so large that vaginal sex becomes a problem, since hardly all male or female partners would consider it an acceptable permanent substitute for vaginal sex.

I tend to agree with this. Usually the pain isn’t so much hitting the cervix, but when you push on the cervix it can jostle the ovaries, and that is usually what hurts. That is usually where they put their hands when it hurts, over the area of the ovaries. Its a pain similar to getting your nuts whacked.

If that is the case (and she should have the Doc check her) then once you are long enough to get past the cervix and into the cul de sac, it might help. In the cul de sac you are past the cervix and it tends to be much more comfortable…or even quite pleasant for her.

Next time she mentions it, try have her lay on her back, and bring her knees up to her chest. Slowly enter and gently press deeply. You should be able to feel the cervix and know when you slide past it. Now, I’m talking about just pressing deeply, see if she is comfortable (go slow)and try and slip past.

Once you are past, just stay there and press deep and relax the pressing force a bit. It will just be a rocking, while pretty much staying in the same place. If you pull back to thrust, you risk coming out too far and hitting the cervix on the way back in. So just rock in place. If you get it right, it won’t hurt her, and she will cum like crazy!

Of course this is all based on the assumption that you are hitting the cervix and causing pain. If thats not whats going on, then I doubt this will work.

First, thanks for contributing the detailed and useful suggestions in the main part of the post.

I do want to point out that there’s also the underlying assumption that he will be able to grow his penis length past this point. What if he has plateaued, and is permanently at this point where sex causes his wife pain? Then the only solution is probably surgery for her, hysterectomy and/or ooforectomy (removal of the ovaries).

Guys, don’t speculate on this problem this way, you are causing real fear to this man.

He just has to ask a doctor, could be nothing important, since his wife is having this pain from long time ago.

That implies it happened prior to marriage?

I kind of wonder just how prevalent anal sex is in mainstream heterosexual relationships. I think it is more widely accepted than people in general realize - but I just never thought to bring it up to a woman for fear of her response.

I don’t think “nothing important” fits with the OPs report that “almost every time we have sex she is complaining about me hitting something and that it hurts”. Even if it’s not a serious medical problem, it’s still an important problem.

Agreed, Frenum, but I also take marinera’s point, it’s a little early yet to assume it’s cancer.

It’s wise to get it checked out and not be overly paranoid as to what it might be, no?

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

Your wife could be like mine. My wife has a ‘tipped uterus.’ It is a common situation, and the doctor said her mom probably also has it. In certain positions she says it’s uncomfortable and sometimes painful. The doctor said it is due to the ‘angle’ of the penetration, and we should adjust the angle. For us, it has been a slight adjustment to the angle and it helped. But she should discuss this with her doctor.

Assuming this is the problem, if he is long enough to “hit” it, then in the recommended position of him on top with her knees pulled up, he should be long enough to get past.

But like I said, this is based on an assumption.

Good post, may very well be this. Her Doc should be able to easily determine this.

O.k., then, let’s forget what the doctors might have said (I’m not saying that they didn’t :P), now I’M saying:

Try different positions - if it isn’t working, try slowing down - if it isn’t working, try anal. x)

P.S.: I might have been lucky with partners but all the girls I had eventually in the course of time and practice started to prefer anal than vaginal. :)
P.S2: I’ve never had this serious ‘hitting the cervix’ problem.

SuperHick, how tall is your wife?

Let’s look at this from the other side of the coin. Apparently you’re big enough, and too big at that. She’s your wife, and I know you’re doing PE for yourself, but think about what she wants. If you get bigger, it might actually have adverse affects on your sex life and marriage. Maybe you should stop? Your main goal is to please your wife, not have the biggest dick in the world. I’d hate to say it, but too small is bad, and too big can also be bad. Size does matter, and it goes both ways. Sit down and have a talk with her. The only thing I can think of asking is do you have an upward/downward/sideways curve? If so how prominent? I’m about 6” and even I can hit the back of my girls cervix depending on the position, I’ve felt it before. Communication bro, Good luck.

Edit: I didn’t read most of the posts in this page, and I realize the problem is already there and there’s no real going back. But PEing anymore isn’t going to help the situation. Seriously though, Good luck fixing this and getting back to a regular sex life.
