Penis Size: The True Average

Can this really be true? No offense to anyone intended, but isn’t the average kind of small? I am a bit over 7” in length which I know is over average, but my girth is “only” 5” at the smallest place and almost 6 at the base (average 5.5”). I have been with Chinese girls and asked them about my size and they think that its too long…but that it wouldn’t hurt if it was a bit fatter.

If they think that my unit (that according to these surveys are above average) could be fatter, then most men would be way to small…

Obviously it varies from girl to girl on what kind of penis they would prefer. The consensus tends to be that girth wins over length…simply because of the fact that they can “feel more” in terms of friction. The volume of a penis has to be taken into consideration.

Every girl I’ve been with has told me that they prefer girth. My penis is quite girthy. So they like it for its girth. But they are more willing to try something girthier than something longer in my experience.

Averages vary from study to study too. Some say the averages are 5x5, others say 6x5.5. Most would agree that studies average out with average length around the 5.5” mark and girth between 5” and 5.5”

This might have been posted before, but here goes

It’s the guy from ‘Sex Inspectors’ talking about the average size etc.. He "breaks the 6 inch myth", and sets the average at 5" (not even 5.5"). The way of measuring he shows seems to be NBP. I’m not sure what to believe. At 6" NBP, I don’t think I’m small, but a whole inch above average?? Doesn’t seem right.. but then again I have hardly ever seen erect penises other than in porn. It’s just that I was ‘brought up’ on "6"/15cm is average" (and I always interpreted that as NBP), so that being a whole inch off is a little hard to accept..

Yeah, I know it’s not the most ‘serious’ of clips, but it shows that some ‘experts’ are starting to spread the word that 5" is the ‘new’ average..

Well if obesity is on the increase and NBPEL is the measurement used, then it seems possible the average size in surveys could be dropping?

I guess like many I’ve only ever seen erect dicks in porn and take my norm from there. I guess that is wrong to do, I think of it like the magazines, if you believe them all women are slim and perfect, yet very, very few are. So in porn you mainly only see the exceptions, not the norm?

Average, no, ain’t comparing myself to it. We want to be clearly above average. It’s my belief from reading other people posts that average sized men feel small themselves.

Not only do (at least some) average size men feel small, there are men here who are clearly above average who feel small. That’s part of the value of the statistics in Para-Goomba’s first post in this thread.

I’ve been paying attention to most of the results of the guys who have been here for a while. 2” in about 2 years seems to be close to normal.

Go too fast, and you might have nerve damage a torn urethra or blood vessal. Pay attention to the information here, and be careful.

Are these studies taken by the penis posited parallel to the ground (from the top) or measure up by the angle that it is standing?

So what is average, is it about 6 inch BP (what gives about 5,5 ich NBP) x 4,9 girth (mid shaft)?

Please give it a rest. Many people have answered this question for you but you continue to ask it. That is a real lack of consideration and respect for the members here that have tried to help you.
