This study aimed to assess the penile length-somatometric parameters relationship in healthy Egyptian men. Two thousand physically normal men (22-40 years) were subjected to measurement of stretched penile length, glans penis, testis size, index finger, weight, height, span, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference, hip circumference and waist/hip ratio. The mean stretched penile length of the studied subjects was 13.84 ± 1.35 cm (range 12-19 cm), and the mean glans penis length was 2.6 ± 0.4 cm (range 1.7-3.8 cm). Penile length demonstrated positive significant correlation with glans penis length, index finger length, BMI and significant negative correlation with waist/hip ratio. On the other hand, penile length demonstrated nonsignificant correlation with age, weight, height, waist circumference, span or testicular size.It is concluded that the penile length-somatometric parameters relationship in healthy Egyptian men is mostly related to glans penis and index finger lengths.

On two thousands men, the longest stretched penis was 19cm (about 7.5”), interesting isnt’ it?

It is actually somewhat surprising to find that convergence among different recent studies; just a few decades ago, Kinsey’ report claimed that the average penis length was 6.3” NBP - and there wasn’t the Internet when they compiled the report. Other supposed ‘scientific’ studies, who go back to 1800’s or earlier, claimed higher sizes, there was a doctor who claimed that he had personally measured a 14” penis, but no photo or witnesses of such a wonder.

I think it also needs to be taken into account that many men with small penises would not want to volunteer or agree to participate in these studies likely due to low self-esteem and embarrassment surrounding their small penis size. This means that most of the studies will consist mainly of men who are happy enough to have their penis measured by another human being (which is the only reliable method for a study such as this) and most of these men will be happy to do this because they’re happy with the size of their penis.

So for every study I think it’s reasonable to subtract a fraction off the average (possibly up to 0.25”?) if you want to take these men into consideration for a more realistic average.

If the study is self reported you might subtract a little, especially if the metric system isn’t used to measure. If the study is measured by another party, unless that party is a hot naked horny girl (or guy is some cases) you likely need to add some. Trying to speak about penis size without regard to race, ethnicity, erection level etc. is confounding. Also average is not typical, or median. There is much higher variability on the high side of length than low so average will be higher than median I think, by a bit.

What about the girth average? The studies for that?

Agree with the girth estimate. Some women have told me that they like my girth and from their view or experiences alot of men lack in girth.

And an equal amount of woman lacks muscle strength around their pussys. ^^
