Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!

Wow.. Very deep in all of this. I really like it alot. I’ve no joke just started today is my 5th or 6th day and I’ve been VERY slow with all of this stuff. Warm ups then stretching and so on the basic beginner if you will.(but less jelqs). This info is very beneficial and intellectual and I’m going to really pay attention to my “signs”. Thank you Sparkyx. Maybe you should have my name instead :D

Now for the definite Positive PIs;
-Larger flaccid hang lasting all day
-Increased nite and morning wood
-Increased hardness of erections
-Increase of normal size

Been jelqing for almost two weeks and I’m glad to see that I have all of these :)

I read this for the first time and was laughing so hard at the scenarios described that my eyes watered up with tears of joy! I get his point and won’t easily forget Mr. Dickpuller, Dog or Knucklehead and hope not to fall into these traps too often.ouch! Here’s to great results without stupid and painful mistakes for all.

From what I read over in your other thread, I agree with the response you already were given. I think you need a break for two reasons: your negative P.I.s are a sign that you are overtraining, so you need to let your unit heal. Secondly, you’ve stopped growing despite continuing to up frequency. The best option seems to be a decon break at this point. Shoot for a few weeks, OR until your positive P.I.s return.

Man, I wish I “internalized” this PI Concept when I first started PE. I completely neglected PI and I am really paying it off my mistake.

Now I check my unit for positive PI everyday before and after PE.

This is, to me, the MOST IMPORTANT part of PE. I find many quick gainers reported paying close attention to PI response.

This is a great thread for anyone to know if they are on the right track or not, but I have a question.

I’ve been wearing my ADS for about a week and a half now, it’s a silicone cup ADS. I take it off about every 60-90 minutes. I get a lot of coldness in my unit, mostly around my head and just a small portion of the shaft right behind the glans. I was wondering if this is just normal or should I be concerned? It doesn’t really hurt at all, maybe just minimal tingling.

Any help would be appreciated.

PE Exercises And Vacuum Pumps

Kindly advise if PE exercise is much effective than Vacuum pumps or Vacuum pumps are more effective than PE Exercises and which method gains results rapidly? Thanks

Oct. 2010 BPEL: 6.8 MSEG:4.7 Jan. 2011 BPEL: 7.1 MSEG: 5.0

Goal: 7.5 x 5.5 ( crossing my fingers for a 6 inch chubbs to be dropped between my legs though)

I’m curious if anybody measured his MSEG before jelquing and just after jelquing and saw any difference… I use to start with some edging and finisch with some edging so I can measure my MSEG before and after jelq routine but I never saw a difference in girth…


Start (october 2010) : BPEL 18,5 cm ; EL 17,5 cm ; MSEG 13,75 cm ,BEG 14,25 cm ;FL 12 cm ; FG 10,75 cm ; BPFSL 18,5 cm

3 months later ( January 2011) : BPEL 19 cm ; EL 18 cm ; MSEG 14 cm ; BEG 14,5 cm FL (hard to say if it grows due to size shifting of the soft state.. The same as before or bigger!) ; FG 11 cm ; BPFSL 19 cm***all hard sizes taken @ my hardest and doing a kegel***Goal: cementing a round 18 x 14 hard coupled with a good EQ.
