Wow.. Very deep in all of this. I really like it alot. I’ve no joke just started today is my 5th or 6th day and I’ve been VERY slow with all of this stuff. Warm ups then stretching and so on the basic beginner if you will.(but less jelqs). This info is very beneficial and intellectual and I’m going to really pay attention to my “signs”.
