PNF and its application in PE: stretch further!

Hello everyone. A while back I bought a book by Laly Ruiz (one of the introductory and driving force of aerobics in Spain in the 80’s) on stretching. It is small but very useful and rigorously written, with well-grounded knowledge (1).
Well, the author devotes a chapter to alternate stretching techniques or different from the usual, most notably the PNF or proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation. Behind this name, scary, lies a very easy application technique. In the words of Laly Ruiz, "is surprisingly effective, because from the beginning of the first session it shows a significant increase flexibility in a given joint."
The technique can not be simpler:
- Carry a maximum and isometric tension without movement on the muscle you want to stretch.
- Maintain the force for 10 seconds.
- Relax for 5 seconds.
- Undertake a relaxed muscle stretch and slowly.
I often applied it during stretching of the gym, but only now I thought about the possibility of using in PE. I searched on Thunder’s Place and there have been members who have an interest in the subject, as jimbo5, who used it in mountaineering:
But let’s go to the point. I have tried to apply this technique to PE stretching and it also works. PNF can help us stretch the penis or make the stretches broader (in my case just over a cm.) This would be what we would do:
- Stretch as we do regularly (I suggest you to try with a stretch to one side, it is easier to verify the effectiveness of the technique with reference to the reach of the stretch over the pubis).
- Keep the stretch for 10 seconds.
- Relax for 5 seconds.
- Repeat the stretch for the second time. Your penis has to go further.
