Proof that masturbation doesnt affect gains?

what is edging, but masturbating? An erection is always good towards PE. End of story. Sperm is not involved in cell growth so you can shoot it or keep it, it won’t change a thing.

I always had trouble with the refractory period, ever since I was a teenager I couldn’t manage to masturbate 3-5times a day like I heard other kids were doing. I remember doing this once and I wouldn’t have anything to ejaculate after 2-3 times(and my balls are very big, maybe huge), so I guess I’m a no horniness having, lame square loser, unfortunately. I have been edging with fleshlights(2 years on and off, 30years old now), my hands(edging properly since 2019 I guess, also on and off, a week or two might pass and I won’t edge/masturbate at all), metal rings on(2 years, this has been my go to thing and I have been consistent), I still can’t seem to improve my erection quality too much, all I can do is gain girth or length with lots of dedication. But if I try and ejaculate too much, I will lose my horninenss so much that PE and sex will be out of my mind and impossible to do. So that’s why I always try to abtsain from ejaculating for as long as possible, I only get scared after 10-14 days when I feel my balls are full, and I usually end the abstination period around that time. But since there isn’t any danger if done for longer, I will try and do it for longer. Btw, it only works for me if I do it often. If I only edge for 10 min and call it a day it won’t work, I will remain sexless for more than 7 days in a row if I don’t do something manually about it.
What can I say about all you other guys who don’t have a problem with this at all, you must be horny guys, good for you, either you’re very lucky or I’m very unlucky, or something in the middle. Anyway, posts like “masturbation doesn’t affect gains” come off as guys bragging about their libido/sex drive.

The distinction is ejaculation. A concern is the natural retraction that occurs after ejaculation. This might be especially of concern immediately after a PE workout where one is best to rest in the most elongated flaccid state as possible. Whereas, if one ejaculates after the workout, a greater degree of retraction is a potential.

maybe on flaccid. But not really on erect. However is not permanent affectation on flaccid since when heat comes back again you get the same ole achieved length. If you are truly concerned on that retraction, you can always use a sleeve to keep it more elongated than usual. But it’s really non affecting.

A sleeve will not prevent post ejaculation retraction. For some guys this type retraction is minimal for others it is not; similarly for some guys the duration of the retraction is short for others it takes more time to recover.

you couldn’t be more wrong. Sleeve will keep it elongated way more than usual flaccid. If not, then you’re using the wrong sleeve size.

I guess you dont understand what post ejaculation retraction is then. A sleeve may reduce the natural post ejaculation retraction but will not eliminate it.

retraction, be it because of cold weather, ejaculation or whatever else, means nothing. The penis does around 5700 retraction cycles in a day. It’s even trying to when extending at full stretch, as well as doing so when just leaving it alone, in cycles that last around 10 to 20 seconds. It goes to way faster when erect.

Ejaculation has no effect on PE, positive or negative.

All you’ve got is superstition, no reasoning. So nopes. You’re 5700% wrong… 5700%.

If you want to keep on going at it, then support your superstition with some solid scientific proof if not keep it to yourself and stop spreading misinformation.

Relax redmorsilla, I expressed what the concern is. I don’t have any personal evidence. The idea is that when one practices PE they create micro tears that benefit from healing in the most elongated state possible. It’s a reasonable idea, some might be able to support it with their own evidence through experience. Everyone is a bit different and your experience is a positive one where you have masturbated and gained, I also never really mitigated the amount that I masturbated, could I have gained more, maybe?

If you feel differently, express your ideas. It’s all good.

The micro tears might happen, but certainly that’s not the purpose of PE, although many think so. Your goal is not to damage the cells, but to create enough distance between them that the body adapts by reproducing new cells (mitosis). microtears could be actually a bad thing for growth. Another form of elongating is plastic deformation of cells, which is limited and not permanent, but it does the trick though. Newbie gains are mostly plastic deformation, since mitosis is only reached when tension time is applied, for your body needs to reach a point where it recognizes it needs more cells and starts liberating the needed hormones and other biochemicals needed for fast cell reproduction which is what will fill the “blank” spaces created by tension.
