Some guys take a day or two to recover, some a few hours, some are back-to-back, and some can go a month without any sort of ejaculatory experience. I’ve seen guys on here make any of these claims. I personally have my own schedule that suits my body, but still allows me to obtain and maintain an erection for PE purposes and those rare days when I have sex. Yes, I schedule my masturbations around PE, based on how my body responds and the PIs involved, just as I schedule diet and drinking around my workout and work and play schedules. I even jelq after I masturbate, because I usually have a nice expansion during my post-ejac and the muscles are relaxed. Plus, I cannot go more than a couple of days without feeling uncomfortable. In the beginning of my PE journey, I abstained while edging and caused a prostate irritation that had me pissing glass for a couple of weeks. Plus, I found it more difficult to get erections for PE, since my body was pissed off that I wasn’t finishing. It picked up on the fact that this was going to be a tease and shut down on me.
My body does ~not~ like to abstain. My body needs the finish, and abstaination would shut me down completely.
Anyway, if you can get a full erection when you need it for PE work (or sex), and you are happy with your staying power, and you’re not sexually uncomfortable or frustrated, then the other stuff nulls into mootness.
It’s all about the PIs.
