Question For Older PE'rs

I have introduced the idea of PE briefly to my father who is 52 years old.

He obviously is concerned about his sexual health…he said that his doctor prescribed Viagra and something else to help his erections.

I was definately thinking that when he quit smoking cigarettes recently that this would help alot.

Now my question is, have any of you been able to achieve the results (erections like when you were in your late teens early twenties) without having to continue taking these medications?

I am 45. When I restarted PE 3 months ago, I was having challenges maintaining an erection due to many years of bad habits, of which smoking was one. A combination of kegels and jelqing have eliminated the problem.

As far as medications, unless he suffers from permanent, diagnosed ED, many supplements can assist with erections. NO2, Tribulus Terrestris, Tongkat Ali, and Muira Puama Extract are all excellent, and many people on this forum have posted results.

I forgot to mention L-Arginine. It is excellent for blood flow, as well as an essential amino acid for prostrate health.

With no ED, I recommend the following:

Jelqing - Build up to 600 per day at 70-80% erect. I know some jelq at a higher level of erection for girth, but that is not the goal here.

Kegels - 100 quick ones, followed by 50 where he holds for 5 seconds then releases slowly. Next, hold a hard kegel for one minute. He can also do kegels randomly throughout the day.

L-Arginine - 4 1000 mg per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening. He may want to even try NO2, at 2 per day.

Tribulus Terrestris - Start with 500mg per day.

Muira Puima Extract - Start with 250mg per day.

I am 52 and 3 years ago I was well on my way to ED, but mainly due to alcohol. The single most important thing I did for my health was give up the juice and I would recommend your Dad continues to lay off smoking. Good erections are all about blood flow and smoking is just bad for your arteries.

The next most important and easiest thing to do is Kegels. Start cranking the kegels out until he can do 500 a day. When he sees what the 500 have done for his sexual health, he will automatically up the number.

Jelqing is probably the next easiest to introduce, because it requires no hardware, except for some lubrication. Jelqing is great for blood flow and will also bring on fast results as far as erection strength goes.

From there, I went to the pump, but for now, that is perhaps too much information.

I used to take the L-arginine, but since combining my kegels into my pump routine, I have rock hard easy to get erections, and really don’t need the L-arg any more. But to start off, 1000 mg is plenty, otherwise, you scare people off with the mega doses.

There you have it. I’m 52 with rock hard erections, not to mention the fact I have grown substantially.

I’m 64 years old and I started PE because I was sick of taking viagra to get and keep it up. (I hated the side effects). The kegels are great for my erections, which are usually at 10:00 to 11:00 nowadays. As an added benefit, unexpected, my flaccid hang went from 4.50” to 7.50.” Most days I now hang flaccid close to 8” x 6”. I wake up with woodies the like of which I haven’t seen in years If this is not a proof that PE works, I don’t know what is.

I was addressing the above to you as well. Good luck with your father. BTW, I don’t need the viagra anymore. The L-arginine works as well. I take 1000 mg. a day.

This is entirely unrelated to the age topic in hand, but I just wanted to add a tip that I don´t see very often.

Some say it is important to take a good balance of antioxidants if you´re going to be taking L-Arginine.

When I was 69, 2 years ago, I engaged in PE intensively for 2 months and almost gained 1” in length in that short period; besides that, my unit returned to be straight again, because I had the problem of a curved penis due to of age. (Pardon my English, it´s not my mother tongue). Regarding to erections they are now hard rock: incredible! I don´t say I feel good, sexually: I feel as never before in my life! I also have gained a little more on length and a lot more on girth. All thanks to PE.

Antioxidants are very important, let´s say, after 55-60. After my open heart surgery when I was 60, the following vitamins were prescribed to me: C-E-B Complex and also aspirin for childres (small dose).

Please explain more in terms of the importance of antioxidants. This is a desire to learn, not any kind of challenge and/or questioning of your advice.
