Questions About Decon Breaks

Hi,

I’m planning to go on a decon break from next month because I’ll be immigrating to a new country. I have the following questions:-

1. How long should the decon break be at minimum which will allow to me to regain the same pace of gains which I was seeing earlier from my routine?
2. Will I lose any gains?
3. Should I do anything to maintain the gains I have made?

Start (20-4-2021): 5.5" BPEL x 5" MSEG

Now: 6.7" BPEL x 5" MSEG | First Goal (6.5" x 5") Achieved on 05-07-2021 My Gains & Progress

Next Goal: 7.5" BPEL x 5" MSEG

How long dacon break ? That is as individual as the rate of gains in the first place. Will you loose any of your gains ? Probably not, when I took a deacon break, ( it lasted years, but I did some jelqs and stretching when in the bathroom, and some random hour with the extender, but not a schedule and regularity), I did not loose anything. Maybe I was lucky. Should you do anything PE during the break ? Yes, do some stretching and jelqs when in the bathroom if you get the opertunity to do so. Try to get some done 3 times a week, to keep your penis «in the game», and you will benefit from it. Good luck with the moving and with PE.

What if I don’t do any PE for 3 months? I’m looking for a way to take some time off PE so my gains can continue with the same speed as earlier and with the same routine.

When you start again don’t go at it at the same level you were at when you stopped. Take it easy with time and intensity and slowly build up to the level you stopped at. You know what to watch out for so avoid going overboard.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thank you for the advice. I was actually planning to continue with the same intensity but now I won’t.
