Realistic Goals

I am looking to gain an inch in length.I have been doing pe for about 2 months. Is a year the most realistic time frame to gain an inch?

I think that you have a very realistic time frame to gain an inch.
Even if that is an both an inch in length and girth, you may even see more in that period or your desired growth may happen quicker.

The key for you, fiver, in my opinion, is to be remain dedicated. You may take a while to see some gains and don’t be discouraged. This forum is full of people who have seen both fast gains and gains only after a lot of hard work.

Keep in touch with this forum for information, encouragement and guidance. It truly is a very valuable tool.

Also remember that others can gain from your experience as you grow. Do not be afraid to share. It is what this forum is all about.

Lastly, it can be difficult to control sometimes, but I cannot stress to you enough (from personal experience) do not overwork your unit. Doing so can cause serious problems that you do not want. Look into it.
