My routine started the summer of 2003 (July) with just wearing a Penimaster (PM) at least 8 hours a day for 7 days a week. I later found Thunders and learned about Jelqing. I added that to my routine each day (for girth) in August. But the staple of my PE was my PM which I wore to work each day (under loose pants). It was quite a trick to find breaks to get the thing on and off (lots of bathroom breaks at various bathrooms throughout the office).
Anyway, I was getting results, but I was not taking any rest days. By October I couldn’t feel my penis (nerve damage). I went to Thunder’s for answers and got help. So I had to take a month off and finally got all my feeling back.
In December (2003) I decided to switch to hanging with the Bib and use the PM as a supplement. I hung for a year and a half and got great results from that and fewer injuries.
In 2004, I wanted more girth so I started Ulis and horses. This worked, but I was getting bruising and had to slow down. Once the bruising faded, and it often takes awhile, I added these squeezes back into my routine (I was afraid it would never go away but they do after months or so).
I am in a maintenance phase right now and am just jelqing (6 sets of 100) each morning with stretching in the shower. Soon I will add Ulis and horses again when the last set of bruises heal. I am probably bruising more than I should because I try to do them at probably too high of an erection level (ca. 80%) thinking I will be getting better results. I don’t recommend this.
So I do have a, longer, fatter, healthier dick, but not without injuries and lessons along the way. And it is not yet a “monster between my legs” but it just seems normal now in proportion to my body. The next step is to make it more impressive. Girth is what I am after now.
