Sex Drive, EQ, and Overtraining
We all know EQ (erection quality) is one of the best and most easily observed P.I.s. For me it’s always been quite difficult because I never really find my EQ dropping much no matter how aggressively I do my PE. But one thing I do notice dropping from time to time is my sex drive and it will usually happen out of thin air.
After doing PE for 8 straight days recently, I woke up the next morning with virtually no sex drive whatsoever. The thought of jerking off or finding some chick to hook-up with never entered my mind and that is a rarity. So, could this drop in sex drive be an indication that MY EQ has dropped a little and a rest day is required?
Even IF I find my erections still easy to obtain, 100% full, and able to last for as long as I want?
Anyone else have similar experiences – tying-in your sex drive to EQ and intensity/frequency of PE workouts?
