I don’t think you should tell her. Your giving too much control to a girl you may not be with in the future.

Girls talk to other girls. If you guys break up, she might tell other girls that you PE. They might think you are weird, therefor eliminating yourself from potential girls.

And if you told your guy friends that she does kegels or whatever, that would just make her popular with the guys even more.

Go get married first, then go tell her you do PE. After you have children that is.

They might think you were vain and focused on yourself, rather than on your girl. This certainly makes you look bad. However, if you end up having great success in your “PE life”, she will obviously demand some reliable explanation.
