So, I broke my rules and I'm seeing new gains

I have always preached rest and not over-training. I have been away from PE for some time. I decided to make a run for that extra 1/4” of girth that I would like to obtain. I started back about a month ago with simply jelqing three days per week. I decided to buy a new ADS (weighted magnetic sphere) and add that into the mix for healing extended. Things were proceeding like the old days. You first notice a bit longer flaccid, then a warmer and plumper hang, etc.

After the second week, I decided to buy another vacuum pump and a traction extender. I integrated the pump into my jelq routine. 10 minutes or so jelqing, 10 or so in the pump, 5-10 jelq and finish in the pump. I do not count jelqs as I believe that to be a silly distraction. I don’t really worry with time. I judge by the workout and body response (how my dick feels).Things were improving yet again. I had good PI’s, even fuller flaccid and all was well.

On the third week or so, I integrated the traction extender and things took off. My PI’s are great thus far. I have measured 5.5” (up from my normal 5.25”) consistently pre-workout every day for the past week. My penis feels “worked” after a PE session and my erection quality is great.

I would caution anyone on this level of work to rest ratio, and I generally resist the urge to “over-train”, but it is yielding me some tremendous “newbie” type gains thus far.

So, as a recap:
1. Pre-warm soak in water that is “just tolerable”.
2. Wet jelq at 1-2 second tempo, very firm grip, overhand and normal grip for approximately 10 minutes
3. Ballooning and bends every 10-20 jelq strokes or so
4. Go into the tube 3/4 erect or so at 3-6hg for 10 minutes with tube submerged in hot bath water
5. Repeat steps 2 through 4 based on feel and then hot soak and massage

Wear the magnetic band/weighted sphere throughout the normal day (12 hours +/-) and wear the traction extender 2- 4 hours per night during sleep.

This has, thus far, shown me some excellent results. I woke up this morning with the average morning wood. By the time I got to my tape, my dick is tape shy, I measured being around 2/3 to 3/4 erect and was 5.5” again on the nose. If I can cement that gain then it will mean that PE has taken me from my initial 4.125” to 5.5”! Not a bad deal considering the medical community, for the most part, says that enlarging ones penis permanently is not possible without risky surgery!

Excellent gains! 5.5 is my girth goal!

I have no doubt you will cement the gains. I have a crazy idea that I cemented gains with 30 to 45 minute edging on off days. But that is just my crazy idea.

Hi Richard, congrats on your recent gains. I was wondering if the weighted spheres you were referring to are the anchor weights you used to write about. Also, what type of traction device are you using?

Good to hear. Glad to see some of us old schoolers are still kicking! I’m glad the extender fix is helping you!

Yes, I’m wearing the same sphere. My first extender back in 2004-2005 was a $374 Size Genetics Andropenis and it was excellent. My current extender is a $25 generic extender and it is performing just as well and serving it’s purpose.

Time will tell if my gains will cement, but from all the early signs, being the same as my other gain experiences, I think I’m headed the right direction.

Thanks Richard. Can either you or IrishJim tell me how I can find out more about the Cloth Croakie? I tried doing a search on it but was unable to find a description of what it entails. From what I gathered, it supposed to make wearing an extender more comfortable. I can definitely use some comfort in that department. Appreciate any guidance in advance gentlemen.

I was actually able to find the thread with the pics and description, but when I click ok the links for the pictures nothing comes up. Richard, do you think you can post those 4 pics again? I’m just having a hard time visualizing how the cloakie is incorporated into the extender.

My only advice is to keep this harsher routine to no more than 2-3 days a week. Keep using the extender and pumping on off days for 30-45min but dial down the pressure to 2-3hg and lessen to stretch. Otherwise, as I have found over and over, you can risk over stretching the blood vessels losing girth and EQ over time. In a few months you’ll find this sort of precaution really pays off when you retain more of the growth and have firmer erections. Better to er on the side of precaution than blow out.

Where did you get the 25$ extender?

I considered buying one of those cheap extenders on eBay, are they any good? Did you modify them in any way or did you use the stock noose?

I always modify. Wearing a silicone noose or strap is like something from the inquisition! Actually, I checked my receipt and I gave $20.39 for the extender shipped. The extender functions just like the higher priced ones that I have had. Is it cosmetically as appealing? No, but it does what it is supposed to do and it was $360 cheaper.
