So I did a V stretch by hanging.
Lately I’ve been working on stretching the tunica, I’ve been doing JAI, A, and V stretches. I recently thought it was a good idea to take my bookbag, put a grip twist around the top handle and let that hang on my dick as I have it stretched out. Basically a weighted V stretch.
However, the next day I noticed there was a puffed up right around the area that the grip twist made contact. Basically it’s like a puffed up ring in the middle of my shaft.
Is this bad?
