I don’t think anyone disagrees. It does. No one needs to do any deliberate ‘brain rewiring’ unless they want to.

As most thoughts, experiences and actions in our lives are constantly rewiring our brains anyway, we may as well try to take advantage to make it as positive as we can though. :) But it’s certainly not necessary.

This is a great topic. I am using Sublimail Blaster 4, it pops messages on my screen so fast I can’t read it, or even notice it. Should it be that way and it works somehow in a way I don’t understand?

You should ‘barely’ notice the message. You certainly shouldn’t be able to actually read it.

You can change the the display time for the message, but it will be set to the default which works best.

I gained half an inch in length with only subliminals. But it stopped after a while. I think I hit a platou because of negative Subconscious self sabatoging beliefs. It definitely works though & I’ve seen on YouTube many comments from people it has worked for.

True, true and I think this is the programming that most people are suffering from, so yeah all about deleting old programming and installing new software that better serves us!

Thank you for making this thread, it’s very interesting and I want to try it. I had one question though. Is it better to know what the subliminal messages are, or is it better to have never seen the message before?

For example if I wrote my own message, then when it briefly pops up my brain can probably more easily decipher it, but then it’s also less subliminal because my brain already knows what it is.

Now if someone were to write it for me, it would be more subliminal because my mind has never seen it in a non subliminal manner.. But I now run into the problem of the message going too fast for my brain to pick up on it.

Does this matter at all? Is it worth considering?

It’s okay to write your own messages. You need to be confident that the messages suit your goals. There’s plenty of advice on how to write your own earlier in this thread.
