Alter does not do the enlargement surgery in NYC. He only does it in CA.

I’m pretty sure he does consultations in NY, but not the actual surgery.

Can Anybody give an update on “who’s who” in the phalloplasty field currently? Anybody used Dr. Rosenthal? I had some of Rheinschild’s handy work 9 years ago and the scars to prove it. Had fat too. I want to know what my options are. Thanks.

Dr. Rosenthal has a good reputation and is currently using Alloderm for grith enhancement. He also has a new type of gel he’s using for glandular enhancement. It is supposed to last at least two years whereas the previous substance he was using only lasted 6 months to a year.

Dr. Giunta is still using fat for his girth enhancement but is now getting much better results from it. I had a bad experience with his FFT 10 years ago, but I’ve spoken with many people who are singing his praises as of late.

Dr. Alter only does length at this time and has a good reputation. He doesn’t do girth enhancement at this time but is not against it like so many people claim. He thinks Alloderm looks very promising but is not ready to use it yet because he’s not sure of the long term results.

Dr. Krakovsky is another surgeon who seems to be doing a great job. From what I’ve read, he has an outstanding girth enhancement technique. The only problem about his results is that I can’t be quite sure of them. All the information I’ve received is from a website sponsed by his group. They seem to be on the up and up and are very helpful, but they have a financial incentive. They have a great site but seem to do a lot of bashing on other doctors in the field.

There are definately other surgeons but there are only two I would use. The nice thing about Rosenthal and Giunta (lately) is their before and after pictures. The after pictures were taken months or years after the surgeries.

How bad did he F you up? There are a ton of options to repair the damage.

I’m posting up 2 links that I think will be extremely benificial to this forum! One is of me going to Dr. Giunta 4 times in 1 year, starting on August 8th of 2006. He kept injecting fat into my penis and I became lumped up all over and the lengthening part he did gave me terrible scar tissue. So I was 3/4 less erect then prior surgery. Another guy who I kept in contact with that had the same surgery the same day as I had it, also lost all the injected fat too within 2 months and was left lumpy. I just had a tripple augmentation surgery done with Dr. Krakovsky on October 1st. He did dermal graphs, lengthening again, and glanular enhancement. So far I’m thrilled at the result!

The second thread is of my whole Phalloplasty experience with Dr. Krakovsky. I just beg all of you not to believe Dr. Giunta! His office and building is also a dump! Including him not being a doctor that gave me any post op direction. He never said more then 5 words to me each time I went back to him. The only thing good about going to Alexandria was going to D.C. Which was real close or visiting relatives in Maryland. But I did spend over $25,000 after everything!

I understand you had a bad experience with Dr. Giunta and in no way am I defending him. I also had a bad experience, but I’ve talked to a number of people recently who have had positive experiences with him, including a few members on this board. When I have my girth done again, I will more than likely be using Alloderm.

Like I’ve said, Dr. K sounds great, but I have a real hard time believing anything that is said on his board, and this includes your posts. I don’t mean this to be offensive at all, but I could see one of the Dr. K crew posting these things to scare people from using their competitors (even though I know not everyone has been happy with Dr. Giunta).. Even one of the mods on mynewsize.com said your post was bogus. I had a bad experience with Giunta and I still have a hard time believing your experience.

I would not base any final opinion on Guinta as the result of Rachmunas4life’s post. That is all I have to say based on nothing to gain or loose. I just want to make sure the playing field is a level and fair for all when deciding on a surgeon.

Believe whatever you want.. I didn’t have to post my personal experiences of my Phalloplasty procedures, but I did because I want people to know my experiences. I’m not saying everyone has had problems with Dr. Giunta. But there sure are a lot!

My result so far with Dr. K has been good. But who knows how it will turn out in the future? I’ll be as honest as can be and I don’t have the time to work for penis enlargement forums and practices. I’m just a patient. If something goes wrong, then I will bash this technique. But so far so good.

Because after the dermal graphs have been put in me, I’m bigger then 90% of this forum! So I’m just on here to help everyone. But it’s people like you that make it hard for me to keep posting. I really don’t need to be on here. I’m just doing this to help everyone out. But if you all think I’m full of it.. Then I’d be glad to get off this forum.. But you will all be wondering how my results are down the road. Also try to find someone else who had done the triple augmentation that will post pictures and give constant updates, etc.. You need me on here since your still looking for a different solution!

That guy who Dipper claims was a mod guy on mynewsize wasn’t. His only post was made to me to say that Dr. Giunta was great and I was wrong. I PMed that guy after he was making those comments and I tried to get though to him that I didn’t work for anyone but he didn’t bite.

Thunder.. I see you are the Mod. You guys obviously don’t believe me so just ban me out of here. I could care less. But if you check out my thread on the other site, I’ve got lots of pics from my before/afters. Including fat transfer pics and dermal graphs pics. Butt crease scar pics, etc.. I’ve given the public more info on my penis enlargement surgeries then anyone every did! I’m also looking to get a second dermal graph in a year so I think you guys would appreciate seeing and hearing about my progress.
