So, vociferative in the meaning that they post more and louder than average. No supposition about skepticism there.
But, so said, yes, I have to say that a guy who has not gained will be more likely skeptic than a guy who has gained. I know this does not seem fair to you, but I can’t help.

He is a Mod Alumni and he gained about nothing, right? Another one, if my memory is not betraying, was Gut Scrambler. There are hard gainers among mods. And look here:
“PE is a slow process If you are coming to this after breaking all your new year’s resolutions, have you got the staying power and the ability to resist boredom that it takes?
It doesn’t work for everyone. There are people who give up before they gain and there are others who have spent 2+ years not gaining before they gain anything.

Be skeptical and questioning about everything you read. Run it through your common sense filters.
Don’t buy anything for at least the first few months and maybe not at all. Buying stuff will not make your dick bigger. (This excludes lubricants.)
Don’t believe the opinion of a single person. Read around a subject and check out the consensus.
Don’t jump immediately on the bandwagon of a new gain 1” in a week exercise. The exercises that have stood up to scrutiny are well known. Experiment for sure, but don’t don’t place any bets on growth rate….”
Do you know where this is written?
