How much can the tunica grow? It is a difficult question I guess, because its hard to distinguish what length gains came from tunica and what came from ligs. How can we find out how much growth we can get from the tunica over time? Maybe some of you guys with no more LOT and have started doing only tunica stretching could give the answer to how much length can be gained from the tunica in a given amount of time. Answers only from people who know what they are talking about please. Thankyou.

Bib said he estimates he gained 2” from stretching the tunica. How much are you looking to gain? There have been over 3” gainers, and doubtless some if not most of this came from tunica stretching. Remember that tunica stretching will raise your LOT, increasing the gain potential of the ligs. Having a low LOT is not the be all and end all.

If someone answers this question with a specific number, be aware that it will not apply to everyone. We each have our own gain rates. Some can work half as hard as a hard gainer and actually gain more. The best thing to do is to keep a log of your PE routines, and you can see how much you gained when doing a certain amount of work. I highly advise keeping records.

I’ve been gaining at a rate of 1/4” per month doing only tunica specific pe. How long I can keep that up, who knows.

I personally think there is no limit as long as one can safely apply the force necessary, but most stop before really hitting a physiological end of the line, I think.

I also want to add that just because I responded does not mean I am “in the know”… :)

Thankyou SS4Jelq, I was thinking about adding the statement that I knew someone elses gains weren’t going to match what I would gain, but I got impatient to finish the post, lol. The reason I would want to know what someone else gained from tunica is because it would atleat give me an idea of what can be possible, instead of not knowing whether 0.5 inches was the best I could hope for or whether it could be vastly more if lucky.

I needed to hear that. Put new fuel in my fire!

I have noticed lately that my LOT has gone up an hour or so just to confirm what you said. Now I am throwing in a few downward stretches, still working the tunica, though.

Take note of this, my friend. Don’t be discouraged. The gains are possible for all. Knowledge is the key. It's what you know, that makes you grow! :D

currently I am doing 10 minutes of jelqing in the am, then 7-8 sessions throughout the day of the following while seated-

1- one minute fulcrum stretch to the right at 9:00

2- one minute fulcrum stretch to the left at 9:00

3- one minute straight stretch at 12:00

4- one minute fulcrum stretch straight out and down at 9:00

quick massage and perhaps 10 dry jelq strokes to restore blood flow ends my session.

I stretch until I feel a good stretch, hold it at this pressure until it feels less stressed, and increase it until I feel a good stretch again, hold it, repeat, repeat…. :) This routine has allowed me to gain 1/4” BPFS each month for the past 3 months…
